Stylish and comfortable Superb Spa.

Room small, but did have closet and shelf space albeit limited. Skimpy on bath towels. Spa not user friendly as you make a reservation for a specific time. Gym useless for other than for stretching. Breakfast buffet lacking in variety, change. Not much to offer. Better to go elsewhere, coffee like water.

Amazing bedding, very comfortable

A lovely 5 nights, wish we could have stayed longer but alas they were full. Our junior suite was a total joy and worked beautifully for our needs. Location from beach and in town area was perfect for our desire to walk around and explore.

Wonderful property that we’ve stayed at multiple times. Staff is perfect in every way. Rooms starting to show significant aging - definitely needs updating. AC is also inconsistent - must ask daily to have temperature adjusted and rooms never quite cool down. Refrigerator in room did not work. All in all our stay was nice and we will return next year.

MIM Hotel is not a 4 star considering deficiencies is air conditioning system at the room and the gym, the hooks for towels and toilet paper are falling out of the wall, shampoo holders were falling from the wall, the deco pieces were peeling off the walls. And the hotel was charging extra / penalizing those that booked the room via Hotels.com instead of a direct booking on the MIM website.

Very modern hotel with all facilities you need, quite close to all

My husband and son loved their stay at this hotel. It was in a great location and it was lovely, conformable and close to restaurants and fun.

Breakfast was delicious and staff were all lovely.

I asked reception why this hotel didn't have a 5 star rating! Great bathroom with double basins, shower, enclosed loo... beautiful lobby all very stylish. The only problem was some difficulty setting the air-con (too hot) and when I complained, they offered a fan rather than sending someone to room. Eventually re-set remotely, Great 7th floor with splash pool, bar and food... all very relaxing. Highly recommended

MAYBE a 2 star hotel. Dirty, broken and needs a complete refurbishment. €15 Breakfast is tiny, hand lotion lives next to the shampoo in the shower, no in-room coffee or water refill, broken air conditioning, no bathroom amenities, broken elevator etc etc etc. Highly not recommended. If the rooms were €99 maybe… even then, I’d think twice. I spend 250 nights in hotels and this is at the bottom. Falsely advertised as 5 star.

Once we arrived for one day trip in Sitges, we were informed that the rooftop (the main point of our choice) was closed from 4pm to 8pm for a priva-te event. We went to the pool by 3pm And people were organizing everything And we were asked to be carefull With the stage. Service also terrible, I asked for towels at the pool bar And I was told to head to reception to get it, so I went All wet in the elevator to the ground floor. The spa pics are Same as it is but its paid and need to be booked, even with the other pool closed. So we got an average hotel paying fake serviços/installations as were n’t available for us. Gym is also very Basic And not worth it. Breakfast was the only good thing

The hotel has a lot of potential, but considering the price we paid, I was shocked by the following: We booked a Junior Suite that was filthy, with stains all over the carpet. I was totally disgusted by what appeared to be bodily fluid stains, which is really unacceptable for nearly 300 euros per night! There is only one complimentary bottle of water in the Junior Suite, two espresso pods, and no special amenities. If you want more water or coffee during your multi-day stay, you have to pay extra. I had to call reception to get a hairdryer. If you want a towel for the pool (located on the 6th floor), you have to go down to reception and leave a 20-euro deposit. There is a spa, but even as a guest, you have to pay extra to use it. The lady at the breakfast area is very nice but extremely loud, making it uncomfortable to witness her constant shouting. It's a pity because the hotel staff is nice (we appreciated the Cava for my partner's birthday), but overall, it gives the impression that they are trying to be a high-standard hotel, yet it ultimately feels cheap.

Beautiful, spacious room with a wonderful view of the beach area. Hotel is set back from the beachwalk by about two blocks, so you avoid all the late night noise. Easy, fun stroll to all the restaurants and shops. Just a few steps from the beach. Housekeeping did a remarkably good job.

Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Will definitely come back.

Fabulous location, comfortable bed & pillows, great shower and bath, nice gym and hydrotherapy circuit, excellent breakfast, great food in the roof-top bar which had amazing views, and very friendly and attentive staff.

There are much better places in sitges.breakfast is the worst I’ve had in any hotel waited 15 min for the hot food to be replenished and it was dry and limited very bad .

For a supposed 4* property this was lacking in the details. Significant mould smell in the hotel Room coffee supplies not replenished daily. Room bottled water not replenished. No tissues/Kleenex in the room. No face cloths No pen and paper in the room Roof top pool had no towels, one had to go to reception and sign out towels. Inconvenient. Poor service despite adequate staff on rooftop bar.

Perfect location near the beach and close to town centre and still quiet. Lovely rooftop bar/restaurant with amazing view.staff are very friendly

A beautiful hotel: clean, modern, and the rooftop Skybar is fantastic.

I thought all of the rooms were new like my last stay but there were not. So no ones fault, I wouldn't stay again as the bedrooms need a upgrade. The staff were pleasant but not very knowledge able about the area or even about common tourist information. The breakfast was very average, the gym very good.

To start with check in. Zoe and Alex was extremely friendly and welcoming made me and my partner happy specially after a delay flight. Then the sky bar on rooftop, what amazing sunset with delicious cocktails. Then to say goodbye Cristina on check out again helpfull and so friendly we definitely coming back very soon.
