Pool was good, really close to the town and Marina. Not so inpressad with the signs to find the rooms, and as usual in most bigger hotels/apartments in Portugal the bar staff are great just badly trained.

The property is somewhat aging. The condition was moderate at best. At night, I could hear dripping water sounds in the walls. Most of the staff are generally friendly.

Great hotel, pool , kids club and location is very close to town center

Hotel was in a great location and our room was nice and clean. The bar and restaurant were good and the pool was big and clean. Breakfast also had a good choice. All in all a pleasant stay but the grounds could do with a freshen up, decking around lounger areas was rickety and in need of repair in some spots, a lot of ants around these areas too which can’t be helped I guess but just a bit off putting. The air-con in our room was leaking on the balcony and so left a musty smell. I noticed a musty smell in other areas of the hotel too however we still enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is newly renovated

This was a great spot to have as a home base in Lagos. The room was clean, great access to pool and lounge chairs. I’m not a “hot breakfast” person and would skip the included breakfast next time - there is a grocery store 5 minute walk away that had better options for yogurt/fruit/pastries. The staff are very helpful and kind.

The location is excellent, the pools are amazing, the overall setup is great, BUT the food is terrible. The AC wasn't working properly and the staff couldn't fix it in 4 days.

Amazing location near multiple beaches and close to the main core with multiple restaurants and shops. The hotel seems to be working through minor renovations still, I’m sure it will just get better and better. The rooms are extremely good. Definitely wish the 2 single beds wasn’t as popular of an option, double beds or queens or kings ONLY please!

The water pressure of hot shower is so low in my room. The in room phone is not working. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Not much from the outside, but check in was fast and very polite. The inner section with the pool and sunbeds is clean and plenty of sunbeds. Getting about can be a bit complex, we were at the far side and it took us a few trips to familiarise ourselves with the best routes. Use the steps where you can, the lifts are very slow! Our family room was fairly spacious, new TV, comfy beds, kids were on the sofa beds that split apart easily. Bedroom was dark with black out curtains and decent air con so we slept well. Bathroom was standard and perfectly fine, decent shower. Kitchen could do with an update but had most things we needed. Breakfast was decent enough with sufficient options. A bit more variety on different days would be nice, but not a problem. Parking is a little tough on the surrounding street(s). There is car parking at E12 a day which is good but the lower one we were in was very tight. We had some ants in our room but they weren't too much of an issue. There is a building site opposite reception but it didn't seem to make much noise. Overall we'd stay here for a few days again. There's kids club from end of June apparently too. It's about 10 mins from Lagos centre so well positioned, a few OK restaurants within 2 mins walk.

Great stay. Breakfast was great. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool was great. Would definetely stay there again.

Beautiful property, with excellent rooms, pool and use of health club. The hotel is about a 10-15 minutes walk from the town center and Dona Ana beach. The reservation came along with buffet breakfast, with a good spread of options. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We found it a great place for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is renovated, but you can still tell that it is old. The rooms are very big and nice, especially the big balcony. There could be more choice at the breakfast buffet. On the weekend the buffet was almost empty at 10.00 am, that was not very nice. Apart from that the staff was very nice and the pool area is also very nice.

We’ve been coming here since 2009 and now as a family of 4. It ticks all of the boxes, good location to a variety of beeches and the town. The staff were great, newly refurbished rooms and a great breakfast buffet to kick start the day.

Great location to walk to the old town and nearby beaches, large pools and plenty of sunloungers. Decent breakfast, hot and cold options, cereal, lots of bread, but no variety during 5 night stay. Not entirely sure what makes a Premium room premium, don't even provide tea or coffee with the kettle. Overall excellent for what I was looking for.

Hotel room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and informative; offered to help book excursions if needed and offered several recommendations of things to do ir where to eat. I recommend getting the breakfast included with your stay. Not your typical "continental breakfast." Lots of options to choose from. Pool area was beautiful. Overall, hotel is situated in a great location...town sqaure with shops, restaurants, and small beach within 15 minute walking distance from hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

Parking more expensive than was told. Vegan options limited to fruit and dried bread despite being told many options. Rust on sofa bed sheets. Average stay.

Spacious, clean room. Property was nice and breakfast was good. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Easily walkable to town and short drive to the beaches. Only downside was that our living room tv didn’t work during our stay and wish breakfast started a little earlier.
