Fabulous location and great layout with bedrooms upstairs and easy free parking

Good size room and bathroom. Great television, good location close to eateries and Salamanca.
Parking was limited if you get in late but otherwise good. WiFi strong but internet useless - 1 bar Telstra was better.
Overall, was a good stay.

Pleasant stay, but probably a bit far out of the city. Was advertisedas a bay view, but the view was of the Liquorland carpark adjacent. Alittle noisy, but trafic died down by 9pm.

Pleasant accomodation in an interesting and convenient part of Hobart. Free parking and a pleasant walk to the city if fine.
Only complaint is that shower went cold partway through 2nd shower of morning.

St Ives Apartment is centrally located in Sandy Bay. Apartment is clean and the kitchen functional. Daily housekeeping is a bonus.

We stayed in a well equipped studio apartment which had good kitchen facilities, was clean and spacious. The location is ideal, easily walkable into town or the Sandy Bay shops. Good car park and friendly staff at reception.

A 20 min walk to Hobart and Salamanca. Next to a liquor store. Within walking distance or 3 min drive to shops and eateries. Rooms good, clean and staff very nice. The receptionists were also great in giving tips and info.

The apartments are well located a short walkable distance from the port and centre of Hobart. There is plenty of parking and the apartments are comfortable for a multi day stay (we had a 2 bedroom duel level one). The decor is a bit dated and tired in places, but still in a serviceable condition. I would certainly stay again.

Just up the hill from Salmanka restaurants was also handy. I'll stay there again for sure.

Spent 12 days there and it was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, the parking was easy, the room was spacious and had everything I needed, and is only about 700m from the Salamanca market area making it close to the waterfront an dining. I will definitely stay there when I next go to Hobart…
