Dining options were excellent and this hotel is likely great during ski season. In the summer it was very quiet (potentially good) and seemed a bit dusty overall. Staff were excellent.
Shocking for a hotel this highly regarded, most rooms, perhaps all, lack air conditioning. Makes sense for their busy period of ski season, but in August was very hot in the room. The door to the balcony of our upgraded junior suite lacked any screens - we were warned by staff of the insects outside. There were no windows that opened or doors that were screened. Staff kindly brought in a large Dyson fan which was a small improvement.

The entire staff was efficient, friendly, and professional. Our junior suite, the spa, outdoor pool and dining options were spectacular. All this surrounded by the phenomenal, natural beauty of Andorra and our stay was just perfect. We will be back again.

And other then the Japanese restaurant which our friends said was very good on taste, my experience with the other onsite restaurants was the food wasn’t great. But in saying that we are definitely coming back.

Everything about the hotel was perfect, could not praise the staff enough, the location was perfect, room clean and so comfortable. Staff were knowledgeable, the restaurant was amazing and food so tasty. Will definitely go back and spend more time when next Andorra.

It is a fantastic Hotel situated perfect. But the service is un attentive in the bar and specially the Breakfast. You feel un welcome when you arrive to the breakfast and have to wait for a table.

Merveilleux séjour! Excellent emplacement aux pieds des pistes, un service impeccable et un spa magnifique! Koy exceptionnel a faire absolument mais tous les restaurants sont tres bons et l’offre est vraiment variée. Nous avons fait l’activité raquettes et moto neige super activités que nous recommandons fortement!

Excellent hotel, very pleasant despite COVID 19. The spa with mountain views is exceptional, the rooms are clean, large with very pleasant terraces. The staff is very nice, very helpful even if some of them don't speak English or French. The breakfast is very good.

One of the best experiences of a hotel we have ever had, despite not being long open. Spa was open, service was professional and friendly and they went further than they needed to to make our stau exceptional.

Great hotel in a nice location to ski. Good spa, but quite a journey from the room! Breakfast was great, although the ordered food could be improved.

Hotel was nice and in a good condition. Rooms were comfortable and with great views. Issue is on floor -2, you can hear the breakfast room noises from early on!

The Hermitage is absolutely a fantastic hotel, the only downside it has is that level -2 suites can be noisy early in the morning and late at night due to the service floor above

Beautiful location and nice rooms. Glass bar is really lovely for drinks and snacks. Great location right in the centre of the village and beside the ski lifts.

There are not enough superlatives to describe this property. It needs a 5+ star rating. This is probably the nicest place I have ever stayed just based on facilities, amenities, and staff. Then add that it's in a fairy tale setting on the side of a mountain. Just wow.

The only good thing about this hotel is where you store your skis and the staff helping you with your boots.This hotel charged me twice for our stay and blamed me that Expedia hadn’t given them the money. They charged my credit card €5000 without my consent.They charged me for a ski lesson I did not have and refused to take the charge off our account as I had no proof I cancelled it.The Japanese restaurant was a joke. Staff useless and food below average.Rooms boiling.
