We stayed here 2 nights, Sunday and Thursday. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. I was a little confused because both times I checked in the same receptionist mentioned that I booked third party and that I had tried to attach my Hilton Honor points. I didn’t do that. I did book through hotels.com because the price was cheaper. She acted like it was an inconvenience because she had to change the address from Las Vegas to my address. We stayed at Holiday Inn Express, Towneplace and Country Inn and Suites on this trip and didn’t have this problem. They were booked third party. I don’t know if it was something to do with Hilton because the other receptionist didn’t mention that.

This is a nice Hotel, stay here during annual trip North.
The safety handle in the shower is a towel holder in vertical.
UNSAFE, i used it because of a bad shoulder and it came off with little weight.

Upon checking I overheard another guest asking for help using his tv controller. It left me wondering if I was going to have a problem. And I did ! I called the front desk and they had to send someone to my room to fix the problem. Whoever told Hilton that their tv and controller was user friendly was not truthful. It’s hard for me to understand why an instructional pamphlet wasn’t provided. Otherwise it was a very positive experience.

I have migraines from smells and I think they must have just cleaned the carpet and it wasn’t fully dry so I asked for another room and without hesitation we were moved and the room was lovely.

Located right off 79 and lots of dining/shopping options very close to hotel. Facility and rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. No sidewalks in area are a negative feature, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in room 316 for two nights and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, room was cleanest I’ve ever seen, beds were super comfy, and everything you could want is right around. Best experience ever! Highly recommend!

I will keep this property on the selection roster, if I need to stay in the Clarksburg / Bridgeport, WV area again.

The pool was not working when we got there, that was a huge disappointment since we chose between two hotels with pool.
We had problems with Wi-Fi and had a flooding in our toilet. The front desk solved all issues for us but it was also inconvenient. It’s a good hotel but we had a bad day.

It's a simple hotel, great area since there are restaturants, a few grocery shopping areas. However, with the nightly fee you pay why do we pay $7.50 for breakfast? Coffee, in my opinion is very weak.
