it was a quick stay just 1 night, the room was very big and clean. the location was great close to everything. staff was very friendly and nice. great breakfast!! would stay there again.

Clean neat quiet

Only thing I didn’t like was the toilet seat was loose and kept shifting.

Very nice stay in the right location

I like the property location and I like their complimentary coffee that’s available all day long. I do not like the lack of friendliness some of the front desk staff have. Also the manager on duty Janet Sanfilipopo was extremely rude and made a situation go from bad to worse rather than handling it in a professional manner.

It was very pleasant and the staff was awesome.

Check-in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. A maintenance issue in our room was handled quickly. We loved the hot breakfast each morning of our stay.

Nice but I stayed on the side of the building near the highway and it was very load heard the constant traffic especially in the restroom. Nice room, quick check in. Just noisy room.

The property is fine. It’s just old and needs updating.

Very good property and staff. Hotel is near I-95, convenient for travel but susceptible to road noise. Suite was spacious, comfortable and mostly clean. Bed was firm. Floor around kitchen sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned forever. Room shows minor wear. Notwithstanding these quibbles, I’d stay again.

Leak in room and it has been over 2 days and still have not heard from the general manager Ryan.

During our stay at Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham West Palm Beach, we experienced a welcoming environment and friendly staff who made the check-in process quick and easy. The bar and lounge area provided a nice space to relax, and the room was clean with standard amenities. While there were some noise issues with the air conditioner and a whistling appliance outside our window, we were able to drown it out with the TV. The complimentary breakfast, although just okay, was a nice added bonus to our stay. However, there were a few drawbacks to note. The rugs in the room could use some updating, and the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, causing discomfort for someone with a disk disease. Additionally, a misleading sign in the 6th floor Lobby led us to believe we would have a city view, when in reality it was the name of a meeting room. Despite these issues, our stay was pleasant overall and I would recommend Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham West Palm Beach for those looking for a convenient and affordable option for a short stay in the area.
