The staff at this hotel are so helpful and nice. I really enjoyed my stay and I will for sure stay here again in the future. The hotel was nice and clean and had a very inviting atmosphere...thank you. : )

Easy access from I77. A great stopover point for us between Hilton Head Island and Pittsburgh. We will be back.

Stay was good. Better information on checkin would have been useful. Such as garage available in the hot sunny weather, electrically controlled window shades, bar and food service hours. Perhaps a written introduction to these items and any other useful information that could be use.

This staff is excellent. Form the front desk to the server on the breakfast bar. They all make you feel like a valued customer.

Hotel is decently updated, but lacked in service. Housekeeping was supposed to clean every other day, but never came to our room once, during a 5 day stay. They finally showed up at 10:00 am on the day we were leaving. Even though checkout wasn’t until 11:00 am.
Beds were extremely firm. Floor would probably be as comfortable. ☹️

I requested that my room be cleaned and restocked as there was only 2 coffee pods, 2 foam coffee cups and 2 towels for 2 people. I was surprised when I asked the front desk at 3pm because the room was still dirty and was informed that house keeping had already left for the day and there was nothing that could be done. It was a Friday afternoon.

Room was clean and comfortable. The lobby of this property is very nicely designed with plenty of seating and conversational areas.

Everything was good! Good bed, shower forceful enough and hot as you want, TV big and choiceful, mini fridge had freezer compartment that actually held and kept my ice cream frozen (first time ever).
Check-in was quick and front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

We have been staying with Hilton Garden Inn for several years . This is our first at this location. Breakfast here was different. It was buffet where the others were cook to order. I am sure it’s a staffing issue but like cook to order better.

Hilton Garden Inn continues the "good experiences". I had made an error in my reservation and they resolved it, no hassle, no problem. Front Desk was always friendly and welcoming. Loved the location, just off I77. There was one minor issue, and in typical Hilton style, it was immediately resolved to our satisfaction. My only suggestion (for us Northerners) would be to start breakfast earlier!

The room was nice, big and comfortable. The bathtub was a little outdated. Hotel staff was absolutely amazing from the time we checked in until the next morning when we left. I went down for breakfast and the lady named Gina was the most amazing sweet person ever! We will definitely stay here again.
