We got off to a rough start when we checked in and discovered that our room was not properly cleaned (floors had garbage from past guests and bathroom was not cleaned/dirty toilet) but spoke to reception and it was quickly remedied. From that point on, the stay was wonderful. All of the staff were very friendly and happy to assist in any way possible. The beach is beautiful and more than ample shady spots are provided to enjoy the amazing view without the sun beating down if you don't want to sunbathe. It is very close to the airport but it didn't bother us - we found planes were only taking off and landing between 8am and 4pm (give or take) and any noise "disruption" was very brief. If nightlife is your thing, it is a short walk to numerous restaurants and pubs (and little grocery stores) but it also provides a quiet, relaxing break with a restaurant overlooking the ocean - food was tasty, prices were comparable to other locations nearby (sometimes cheaper, especially during happy hour) and, for the most part, the service was fantastic.
Overall, I'd definitely stay there again and do plan to return.

Service was very kind and efficient. The grounds were nice, the pool and bar were fun, the beach is beautiful and clean. My room was a bit tired looking and needed a bit of updating, but the value for what I paid was not bad.

I love Mary’s Boon. It has everything you need for a great escape in Sint Marteen and much more if you want to stay longer. I know I did.

The food was delicious at tge restaurant, but be ready to see big dogs abd cats everywhere. It's also right on the beach. The lady in the office was fantastic. The room and resort was not fit to my level of expectations, but someone okay with a no frills experience on a limited budget may find no issue.

We had a really good visit. It was great to be right on the beach. Heat pump kept us cool to sleep. It was fun to watch the planes take off right outside but they also dont run at night so we could sleep.

It was just ok- worked for a 1 night transition to our condo. Certainly would not want to stay here for multiple days in a row. Our room was outdated and the room cleanliness and updating was certainly not a priority.

Love this place. The people are very nice and the pets are adorable! The location is great with beach just in front of the property. The restaurant and the bar have pretty good food. I would recommend this place.

Arrived around 8pm - the room was hotter than outside. No apology just a giggle from a security guard who was difficult to understand- not language just didn’t speak clearly. Then no drinking water provided finally a surprise 21$ resort fee that I only found out about after booking. The room was not clean - half used tube of soap and lotion. For the price could have stayed at a nicer resort and had breakfast included. Instead - waste of money, crap nights sleep and paid 12$ for 2 bottles of water I could have bought at a shop (had one been open) for 2$ . Never ever again

Nice comfy and affordable place with nice staff, good food and cold beer close to airport. The place has character as well and feels very homely. Used as a base for visiting nearby islands.

My wife and I have travelled to St. Martin for 30 years, on and off. This was our first stay at Mary's Boon. We loved it there. If you want luxury go elsewhere. It is a bit old and could use some upgrades, however, it is the most comfortable place we have stayed at in years. Our room was secluded with its own patio, very clean and very comfortable. Every member of the staff was fantastic. Food in their restaurant was delicious. Lastly, how can you miss when you are right on the beach. We look forward to a return trip in the not too distant future.

The property was nice but, the accommodations provided was not as expected. It indicated garden view but, what was not mentioned is we were part of the pool area . I felt we were being punished and put out back in the a corner . We had room 104 and it was small basically my wife and I would constantly bump into each other . It was located in the back in the corner of the pool area. Not worth the money paid for . The beach is beautiful, staff were friendly and the food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. I just think that the room as they call it should be a pool storage not something rented out . Luckily were were only there for one night . Stay away from room 104

I will never stay here again!! They also have dogs and cats hanging around under the table while you’re eating. The room has mold on the ceiling, and the power keeps going in and out.

Absolutely love Mary’s Boon. The property is nicely manicured and on a beautiful section of beach. A private oasis. The staff are top notch, and the service is impeccable. You can’t go wrong with Mary’s Boon.

The grounds are beautiful. Having a restaurant on site was convenient. It’s next to the airport so it was noisy during the day, but quiet at night. The room that we were in was very small, no dresser to place clothes and no convenient place to put suitcases.

Location was great for a 1 night stay to catch plane or ferry. While it is very clean, right on the beach, the planes fly right over it until 7pm. It does stop over night and doesn’t start up again until after 8:30am
The beds were very uncomfortable and while we were staying for just 1 night, we definitely couldn’t have stayed for 2 as they were extremely hard. The bar and food was good and the staff was superb!

We enjoyed staying at Mary's property that sits right on the beach only steps from your room. Everything at Mary's is easy and laid back. The food is fresh and delicious in the restaurant.
