Very nice room in a castle- like building. Breakfast was all you could wish for and a little more. Very nice and kind staff, especially for breakfast.

Stayed for four nights. Property is wonderful. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Ate at the restaurant one night and it was superb. Breakfast was an amazing buffet with tons of options. The garden was beautiful, the room was more spacious than I expected and had a nice view. Daily room cleaning was always done well.
If you are using public transport it is a five minute walk to the bus stop, which is one stop to the train station. Everything around the hotel is walkable with dozens of food options within a short walk. The hotel is set back from the main street so it is quiet. A fantastic stay.

It is a pity that the room we took wasn’t up to a 5 star establishment. Bathroom really smelled bad

Beautiful property. Super comfy bed. They forgot to put some toiletries in the bathroom but we were there for one night and I am sure they would have put some in the next day. Happy the bar was still open when we arrived. People very friendly. Good quality breakfast but lighting in eating rooms could be a bit warmer.

This hotel is in the most perfect location.
Rooms are charming but not very well functional.
For example, there are no wall electrical plugs in the bathroom, by mirror. I had a curling iron and had no way to use it.

Amazing service, amazing breakfast and nice clean rooms. I could hear everything from outside and outside on the hallway, feels like the walls are very thin. We also had a dirty molton and after housekeeping were in the room they didn’t change it. After asking reception if they could do it, it still wasn’t done unfortunately. Overall perfect stay but some room for perfection

A great hotel with fantastic helpful staff, right in the centre of Bruges so very easy to get to all the local attractions. The rooms are big, clean and had a fantastic walk in shower. We had breakfast on each day of our stay, a fantastic choice of foods from fresh fruits, pastries and hot and cold meats. I throughly recommend this Hotel.

Wonderful hotel; grounds are gorgeous; breakfast buffet was spectacular with carving blocks of three kinds of chocolate; good drinks at the bar; great location; got upgraded rooms with early check in and late check out.

This is a beautiful hotel down a quiet lane right near the centre of Bruges, so the perfect location to explore Bruges. The building and interiors are beautifully maintained and the rooms very large and comfortable. The champagne and chocolate at breakfast was a lovely touch. I highly recommend the Blend winebar not far from here in Bruges, it was delightful.

We loved our stay at the hotel. As you approach the hotel from the main road.. it becomes quiet and your own haven away from the action. The nightly retreat the the garden for an evening cocktail was so relaxing. we would stay again. Bruges was our favorite place on our 2 week European trip.
