There are no words to describe the beauty of Lupaia! The restaurant, the premises, the room.. everything was perfect. The service was optimal and so much attention to detail. They assist with recommendations around the area and anything else that is needed. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing.

Lupaia was the most beautiful place my husband and I both have ever visited. We are so happy we chose Lupaia to spend a few days during our honeymoon and we wish we would have reserved to stay even longer. The entire experience was magical, from the welcome aperitivo with the views from one of the gardens, to the meals cooked in their wonderful kitchen in front of you, to the fireplace in the game room and the coziness in every corner of this property. We loved our standard room. Each room has it's little private garden and seating area, the rooms are extremely clean, well decorated and have absolutely everything you would need. I can't say enough wonderful things about our entire stay and the kindness you are treated with from the very beginning. A definite five star experience. We caught every sunrise and sunset, our breakfasts and all meals were delightful and there was plenty to do on property and nearby. If you are undecided about staying here, this is your sign to just book it before it gets snagged up for your dates.

We didn’t expect to be so in awe of Lupaia. It was our favourite part of our Italy trip. The staff were friendly and willing to assist and it had a great homely feel. The food and drinks were excellent. We will definitely return

This hotel is absolutely amazing. As soon as you arrive you appreciate the stunning location and the beauty of its lovely gardens. You are given a personal guided tour of the grounds and a welcoming drink. The rooms are excellently presented with their own outdoor space. There are only 12 rooms so the very friendly staff know you personally. Food and service is first class as well. We could not fault anything. Very highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights during our Honeymoon. The view of Montepulciano from our room was amazing. The property and rooms have this rustic vibe that give it a warm and welcoming feeling. The staff was phenomenal. The breakfast was exactly what we needed each morning; I would pay 20 Euro but its included in the price. We ate dinner in the dining room both nights; some of the best food we had in Italy. It was nice getting to know other people/couples at the hotel as well. Wish it was warmer out so we could use the pool; we did have some cocktails brought to us so we could enjoy the scenery. If youre staying in the Montepulciano area, I would stop looking at other places and book here immediately.

Lupaia is a fantastic place to enjoy and relax. The service is exceptionally friendly and courteous. Those who love the Tuscany will especially like this place and the charming hotel. We spent five days in the Holy Week and appreciated the peace and intimacy of the nice hotel. The hotel is a great starting point for excursions. We were particularly amazed about Assisi.

This property is amazing!!!, it’s the sort of find that you really don’t want to share with anybody but simple must. We booked a suite ~ the views from each window ~ spectacular; picture postcard! The room was perfectly clean, comfortable bed and extremely spacious. The staff are beyond obliging, caring and kind calling you by your name!! Breakfast was delicious and dinner ~ oh my, nothing better than the chef preparing silky pasta for your meal right in front of you. Lupaia evoked a sense of calm and total relaxation ~ we truly didn’t want to leave! It is without a doubt that I would and will highly recommend this beautiful property. I know that we will definitely be back!! Thank you Lupaia!!

A truly exceptional experience and one my wife and I will never forget. The property was truly magnificent and the staff was even better!! From the warm welcome by Christine to the excellent service from Marco, Jaspreet, Renata and the exquisite cooking from Andréa, to the owner Christopher this was a truly remarkable place. We spent 4 nights at Lupaia out of our 12 in Italy and what a tremendous 4 nights!! Plus you have quick access to dynamite villages. Highly, highly recommended!!

This was the most amazing place to stay! This was our favorite stop on a 30-day trip to Greece, Italy and Switzerland. The surrounding countryside is stunning. Our room had a Turkish Bath - what a fun experience. We were a couple of weeks in to our vacation, and we were ready for some down time. Having a private little garden, overlooking the Tuscan hillside was WONDERFUL. The dinner we had on site was one of the best of our entire trip. Breakfast in the morning was an incredible display of made from scratch baked goods and local cheeses, etc. The staff makes you feel like you are the only ones in the world to be staying there - such great personal attention. We were there too early in the season to enjoy the beautiful pool (it was just being filled) but we did enjoy the lovely area around the pool. We did take some time to walk the olive tree groves and just wander the expansive property. There is not a single thing I would change about our stay here...except I wish I would have booked us for a WEEK.
