When booking this stay, the amenities were worded as if breakfast was included. I called the hotel prior to arriving and was told it was included. When checking in the front desk clerk told me breakfast was included and served 7-11 am. To my surprise when my family got downstairs breakfast came at an additional fee. In the room itself there was a strange smell like mildew. Opened the window to air the room out still smelled. Called downstairs for additional towels never received them.

2 things Mattress is old and the top has bumpy things from being old. The cleaning personel didn’t even knock they just tried going in @ 10 am good thing is that I had the knob posted and they were not able to go in.

Chair in the room was very dirty. One of the outlets didn’t work. Wireless charging didn’t work. Toilet paper is basically in a secret hidden spot. Oh, and breakfast is ridiculously over priced.

Property was nice and clean. Stephen was amazing. I hope everyone has the pleasure of ever meeting him. Ran into one hiccup with the business center but all in all I would stay here again.

I was there for testing and was in one of the conference rooms and the AC was out which made it very hot in side. The room my husband and I stayed in also didn’t have AC the night before. The pool was out of service and it couldn’t be utilized. Then we had to pay for breakfast which should have been continental.
I have never been to one of the Hilton hotels where we had to pay for our breakfast.

My fiancé and I stayed there to attend the $uicideboys concert. It was about 15 min away from the moody center, reasonably priced for the stay. It was clean & comfortable.

Staff was nice and mostly cooperative but not efficient. My daughters stayed for 4 days for a funeral and had to continually walk up and down 4 flights of stairs for clean towels, bed linens and an extra pillow (only 2 in the room) took 2 days. Elevator was inoperative the entire stay.

The level of noise coming through windows was not acceptable! The toilet flush made this wheezing sound for a good 1 minute after usug it. The sheets looked very used and old!
I won't stay there again.

Room service never cleaned our room. They never even went into our room. The beds were not made. We did not have clean towels. Only one elevator worked, and there was no AC in the hallways or in the elevator.

Service check in was very underwhelming, staff wasn't the brightest lightbulbs in the bunch but got the job done. No staff at breakfast check in to tell us there was a charge for food, when placing the stay on hotels.com it showed breakfast was included in price but clearly that was a lie. The room had no toilet paper upon arrival, that indicates that housekeeping did not do a full "clean" of the room. Decent price but not impressed

The pool was not as advertised, very small. The elevator feels like you’re going to get stuck everytime because it makes weird noises and takes a while to open. The TV in the room is very outdated with very limited entertainment options and no streaming services (no YouTube, Netflix, Hulu…etc). The rooms were not cleaned as we found dust bunnies everywhere and previous trash from other people. However, the staff were very friendly and welcoming!

Blockage in the toilet which cause the toilet not flushing and spilled all water out of commode. Service Staff came to clear the blockage but the toilet floor was not cleaned.
