looked very clean but definitely not the case. we woke up to my wife getting bit by bed bugs. just disgusting. especially from a high end hotel. location of shampoo bottles mounted in the shower had me smack my head. bed and pillows were way to soft we sunk into the mattress, had a horrible sleep.

Very noisy we're there during a weeknight and it sounded like neighbors partying all night

Was really hoping to leave a 5 Star review for the price but feel a 4 is more accurate. The breakfast at the hotel is not included with your room. We booked a suite and still had to pay for the mediocre, hotel breakfast. The potatoes were hard as a rock and the eggs were barely lukewarm. Our room was nice but could use some detailed cleanings such as walls and the shower. Would stay again but not pay for a suite and not eat the breakfast.

We had a situation arise where our travel was delayed. Even upon contacting the property on the night we were supposed to check in and checking in online they cancelled our two day reservation and had to pay for a new reservation. Hilton escalated customer support stated it was up to the property and they had no problem canceling and re-charging. Not worth such an expensive night stay and not willing to accommodate families. Beware if flights change etc. this property does not care.

I had used soap on my towels. We weren’t allowed to have towels for the pool. Couldn’t sit in the “restaurant” area with outside food. Even though there was absolutely no signs stating that and no one sitting in that side. Very rude about it.

The property was clean and I was pleasantly surprised that they had a bar and a great restaurant.
Unfortunately, I never could figure out how to close the black out curtains. Either they weren't there or they were well hidden. It's my fault for not saying anything until I checked out.

The check-in was quick and all was good. The room was clean and tidy. The curtains pulled all the way closed. I slept like a baby! My husband accidentally left his CPAP cord behind. I called the hotel directly and asked about it. The front desk clerk found it and put it away for me to come get it. Excellent service at this hotel. I highly recommend!

The room was sufficient, a little stale smelling. Aged but comfortable. The service was fantastic at the desk upon arrival!!

Property was nice with a little restaurant. However, they ran out of chicken so their very limited menu was even more limited. The room was dingy with dirty finger marks on the walls.

This was an excellent hotel. We needed something last minute and were so pleasantly surprised. The staff were so nice and the room was nice and so clean. And as an added bonus we got to see so many vintage station wagons that were staying there for an international festival.

The quiet hours means absolutely nothings! Kids running up and down the hall screaming parents screaming after them. Kids running up down the hallways knocking on doors. Call the front desk 3 to 4 times rang 20 to 30 times each nobody ever answered. This lasted till about 1am.

This is an old property with worn out facilities. The staff is efficient but cold...not rude but not friendly. No complementary light breakfast. Many better places for the same money.

This is my favorite hotel in the area. My only problem is that the rates skyrocket on the weekends. There is no reason to pay 200 dollars a night for a hotel in that area

hotel was clean and quiet. looks like thy have a nice breakfast but was a little pricey so didn't try it. Was close to a lot of nice sit down restaurants and in a safe area.
