Check in was friendly and thorough. Signed up for a hot tub session at the same time, totally worth it. Room was large and very clean. Bed was comfortable.

I wasn't going to post a review, but in hindsight it may help the next person. We tried the queen apartment with the bunk beds. The kitchenette wasn't as fully stocked as others I have had. It would be helpful to have had a cutting board and a compost option. As this was the ground floor, you could hear every movement upstairs. If you have sound sensitivity it could wear a person down. We didn't mind that the apartment is dated but the bathroom cold water tap required my husband to get working. The extremely low showerhead lacked pressure too. The bed was awful. My husband can cope with a firm bed but it was too uncomfortable even for him. To end on a positive note, the staff and responsiveness of their text messages was amazing. I booked to pay in full at check-in, but was charged a deposit a few days before our check-in. When I reached out, I had an explanation. It is annoying that hotels.com doesn't accurately advertise. The free bikes have to be signed out but we never had an issue finding availability. The location is great, although the highway noise may bother some.

A wonderful place to rest and recover after a day of hiking and enjoying all of the outdoor fun that Fernie has to offer. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are tidy, clean, and simple with good functionability (praise wall hooks for hanging wet or damp gear from the rain!) I’ve long been eyeing this hotel and was not disappointed. Easily walkable to restaurants and other downtown amenities. A must stay!

We stayed one night and were very pleased. Comfy bed, fluffy towels and a well appointed kitchen.

Room was clean and modern. Check in was quick and easy. Walls were a bit thin but no real complaints.

The state of the room was in excellent condition. Had spent the night prior at a different hotel that had about 5 years worth of hair in the bathroom. Your hotel was immaculate. What a relief!

We found this property to be clean and well taken care of, not to mention the amenities it comes with. The staff were also exceptional. Close to historic downtown and the river. Would definitely recommend.

The dog friendly room we had was very, very clean. We had everything we could need to make a quick breakfast and a great bonus: a clean place to wash a load of clothes, too. We walked downtown and enjoyed several cool bars and restaurants.

Was quite, comfortable, clean. Small parking area especially when there was 3-4 vehicles with the huge bike racks on the back sticking out. Otherwise was great place to stay.

This is our second time staying. Nicely appointed room, view of mountain, good service and location is convenient to Down Town and lovely riverside park and trail. Only downside IMO is road noise from HWY 3, which makes it difficult to leave the window open to gain fresh air.

Small but clean place l, suites are clean and well maintained.

We needed a pet friendly property and they went above and beyond!! Gift bag for our doggos on arrival, dog bed, water bowl, treats and specific hooks for their leashes plus they gave us a towel specifically for our dogs! The rooms are well appointed with everything we needed to make simple meals. We enjoyed having trails right next to us and restaurants within walking distance!

A clean and modern motel, within close walking distance of central Fernie. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

We love staying there because it is so clean but the other room is hot and the AC is not working properly. The beds are not that comfortable and the pillows but we stayed last year in a different room and it has a better quality bed and pillow but for the price point it is good and it is very clean. cleanliness is the most important part of our stay and they nailed it.

We were pleasantly surprised the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a great sleep.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I love that they love dogs and truly care about them. The treat bag upon check in was a nice bonus!

Old school motel that has been nicely renovated. Would have benefited with more effort to sound proof and sound deadening. Could hear people in the next room and quests walking along the outside hallway and from the suite above the regular rooms. Nice soaker tub, but no grab handles. Multi-use(pump bottles)soaps not really acceptable these days. Pre-authorized credit card to cover noise complaints and damage is out of line. OK stay but too expensive for what you get.
