The property is very poorly maintained. Needs lots work unlike he website that says outdoor pool, tennis courts, jacquzzi, well pool outdoor was closed has been for over 7 yrs I was told tennis courts haven’t been used in at least that long. The jacuzzi was out of service. As for the room smells musty and Smokey and the rooms say no smoking. Dresser in room was warped and draws were always opening in there own. Found ants and spiders in bathroom and bees nest outside the room in light fixture. We told management about it and nothing done. Also found out the property went up for sale for 7 million last month so I don’t expect them to do anything to repair anything. Also around the grounds empty beer cans and bottles around. Not worth the $300 a night. When I went to check out at 545am the doors were locked to the office so I just left . I will never stay here again

It was nice. An easy check in.

The property and rooms were clean and smelled good. Breakfast was also served, so it saved us time the next morning.

Very clean, well maintained older property. Good sized room, ac not too loud, bed was comfortable.

Don’t stay here. Room smelled like deodorizer trying to cover up smoke. The room was right on the parking lot. Front desk staff was rude.

Big rooms with separate bedroom! Water coming from the sink when faucet was opened had a brown color that went away after it was kept running. Looks like there is a rusted pipe in supply line.

Chosen due to proximity to Saratoga Lake. Very old inn, but room was a large suite and clean. Funny smell. Hallway carpet had wrinkles and stains. One entry door stayed unlocked while the other stayed locked and room key did not unlock. Were not able to experience the included breakfast due to our early days. (Breakfast starts at 7) Pool was closed.

Very clean and comfortable. Area was safe. Location was great and close to Saratoga Springs and Downtown.

There was no soap or coffee when we arrived. They never came to clean the room while we were out. We had to ask for towels and coffee again. They were not very pleasant with all computers down. The 888 number I called the man was rude and hung up on me. I will not recommend or ever stay here again

Not very clean, the blow dryer wasn’t working, one of the lamps didn’t have a light bulb. No internet access. The tennis court had no net.

You can tell it’s up for sale. The owners are allowing it to go down. It’s location to the track is the positive. It needs major upgrades.

The manager, Mike, is very nice & attentive to any needs you may have. I am very happy with his accommodating nature, esp in helping me take care of my scooter!

Decent value for money but location is out of town so definitely need a car.

We stayed here last year & loved it. We were in room 109 & we were pretty sure there’s a dead mouse in the light fixture & it really grossed us out so we left a day early but other than that its a nice ish place & the location can’t be beat if you’re going to a concert at sPAC

Perfect location for going to a show at Spac. Property is beautiful. Rooms are clean. Will def be back.

The property needs some loving care. Updating so necessary; carpeting puckering in hallways and in rooms; a coat of paint or two is necessary in hallways, rooms, railings, etc.; landscaping needs more than fresh mulch; balcony edge full of bird doo; very good continental breakfast; excellent staff attention; this place can be restored but it needs TLC!

A bit run down. Pool and ice machine not working. Room had a few broken and outdated items. Staff was friendly and breakfast was convinient

I liked the pool and fitness center area. Room was clean and had all I needed.

Comfortable bed. Had a nice balcony. There was a hotel and more of a motel (enter from parking lot) section. We were in the motel section. The bathrooms were more updated than the pictures on the website which was nice. All needed toiletries were provided. The only strange part is that there were no curtains on the bathroom window that faced the parking lot. The windows were frosted but when it is dark outside and the lights are on inside the bathroom I didn't feel like it offered enough privacy. Overall it was a comfortable stay just 3 minutes from SPAC for a good price during Jazz Fest weekend.

I am grateful I've met beautiful personnel from Roosevelt Inn and Suites at Saratoga Springs. I was greeted with courtesy from the moment I checked in. The entire place was clean and well organized. The breakfast was okay. Very quiet environment with "zero noise" throughout the day. Slept like a queen on a comfortable memory foam bed with cozy blankets and most importantly...NO bed bugs at night. NO smell of cigarette smoking, thank God! The air conditioner worked phenomenal. Loved the shower which helped me get rid of any stress. The only thing I regret not having scheduled, was a SPA treatment. But other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend time with nature, solitude, and peace away from the city. I would definitely come back again!

our room was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the suite. .I used the pool and the exercise room. Some older man walked in our hotel room on us last night which was unsettling. Also Benches in Breakfast noon were broken. Last point, we both wished the outside pool was functional.

A wonderful stay for the family.

The website pictures make this hotel look amazing it obviously was taken many years ago the hotel is run down and not at all worth the money we spent for the room

The staff was friendly and the place was peaceful. Great for after a concert also conveniently located right before the Saratoga park.

Hotel room was clean, stocked, great price. Would stay there again.

Mike was great and Paul. They made checking in easy and checking out as well, Very friendly, rooms clean and breakfast was good as well . We will definitely be coming back soon! Janet Figueroa
