A great stay with Sweet Fruit coffee stand right at the entrance and The Commons dining area about a minute walk away, with all sorts of options to please my family, this was in a great area and would highly recommend.

The suites are clean and living space adequate. The staff are friendly and very respectful and we had a great stay.
The only challenge we had was - on Sept 21 2024; my wife was unwell. I alerted the hotel staff and ordered room service for breakfast
However, one of the workers informed me that the manager suspect F&B decided to serve the sick person only. I didnt argue but as a client and a medical Doctor found it very disappointing. That was the worst time of our visit but decided to ignore it.
I believe team training on empathy and supporting clients who brings in the needed tourism dollars is the way to go. I was still charged full room service fee and paid it.
Can I stay there again- hell yes! One manager behavior could eventually ruin a good reputation but we are very resilient clients.

A great 3 night stay in this roomy apartment hotel. Our only gripe was that there was no cooking utensils in the kitchen. Otherwise everything was great. Lovely staff, comfortable bed and plenty of space.

The environment is very good and we had breakfast next to swimming pool.
We can take tuktuk (provided by hotel) from hotel to nearby shopping mall. This is a wonderful experience.

It was really nice , but the one machine in the advertisement photos was not in the gym. They did not have good gym at all . Recumbent bike only , and some dumbbells , treadmill .
The pool had a “kids pool” which was actually obviously a hot tub at one time and not now :( . The breakfast was great . And the suites were really awesome . Only th egg drawer and some other shelves in fridge were not as clean as possible . Solid 4 out of five .

Very enjoyable - friendly helpful staff, nice hotel, centrally located and great value for money. We used bar / pool but went out for breakfast. Lots of places to eat / drink nearby and c 5 mins walk to BTS and Metro- plus free TukTuk shuttle, if needed.

Everything is excellent including the service, cleanliness and the value for money. The only downside is the shower screen design which will cause the bathroom to be very wet after we bath as it is not a full screen or curtain. This could be done better. However the rest more than make up for this small issue. I will definitely recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.

The staff was welcoming and attentive. The amenities of the room were plentiful with complimentary waters and snacks provided. The location is convenient, close to the subway and BTS station at Silom.

The breakfast buffet is awesome, the only thing keeping me from giving them overall excellent is that the staff doesn’t speak English very well. It’s kinda hard to communicate to anyone in that country.

I had a great stay at Bandara Suites. A really comfortable and relaxing hotel in a great location. The suite was very homely with a comfy sofa and bed. And all of the staff are very friendly, from the reception team to the excellent cleaning team. It’s also very convenient for seeing all of Bangkok!

Bedbugs.
Not only did we wake up covered in bites and with confirmed bedbug nymphs crawling on us, the hotel staff never offered a refund and had the nerve to charge us (without telling us beforehand) for a laundry service to steam clean our belongings.
They did move us to another room, which (surprise!) also had bugs in it.
Now we're spending our own time and money back home to make sure that we kill any bugs who snuck into our luggage.
It's just a bad situation made worse by the hotel's complete lack of effort to make up for it.

Very spacious room, ideal for families with children, very comfortable bedding, enjoyed the convenience of a washing machine, a proper fridge and an area to dry our laundry. Also like the strong bidet. Good coffee machine for breakfast. Same machine can also be found in the lobby.
Water temperature in the shower can be higher.

Very nice and clean and conveniently located by many restaurants. I recommend Seikyu sushi within walking distance. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay again

Stayed here a couple times recently. The staff is great. Place is a lot cleaner and maintained that other properties in the same cost and class. In an upscale neighborhood with restaurants and more tourists options the other way. Little walk from the blue line but not back. Would stay again in that part of town

I am a returning guest. I have stayed at Bandara Suites a few times because I feel like this is my home in Bangkok. The location is convenient of just a few minutes walk from the Sala Daeng BTS. The room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and responsive. The overall experience is very positive as always.

The Bandara Siam suites are very clean and comfortable and have large windows with great views of the city. The staff is very welcoming, kind and patient. The pool and fitness area is very clean and the sauna is relaxing.
I’m very pleased with my stay and they handled an issue we had very professionally. Thank you.
Plus they provide a complementary tuktuk service which is very convenient.
