It’s not what I expected for the price!

The staff is incredible! I had to change my reservation which was handled flawlessly. They also accommodated my husband who needed a quiet area to work. Completely went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience!

I was worried first by all the comments online but I take a leap of faith , it was great . It's a family friendly place that's very Number one priority for me. Everything was clean , no complaints.

The front desk gave me a call early in the afternoon to see what time we were arriving. Thought that was nice.

Booked a 2 queen bed room non refundable on Expedia. When we arrived, we were told the only room available is a king bed. Promised a roll out bed, but it didn’t happen. Got to the room and it was hot and smelled like garbage. AC was blowing hot air and the thermostat was unresponsive. It got up to 83 degrees. Went to front and was told no one was on site that could fix it. We were told it would be 45 minutes before anyone will show up that might be able to help. It’s already past 9pm. So, I was sitting in an 83 degree and the temperature was climbing, the room smells like hot garbage, and I am going to have to share a bed with my 15 year old son. I concluded this hotel sucks so bad that I will eat the $188.18 for the non refundable room and drive 2 1/2 hours home. Don’t stay here!

Nice property, nice staff!!! Price inflation from the weekdays to the weekends is extremely high. Room went from 100 a night to 350 a night on weekends

Place is affordable luxury! This is my go to hotel when I’m in town, Phyllis, Linda and the younger gentleman (sorry didn’t catch his name) are always pleasant and so helpful!!!! Love it here!

Excellent hotel

Very comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Quite clean and new.

It’s not like a normal hotel where they clean your room in the morning. You have to request the room the be cleaned for a fee. My sheets were stained with something red and so was the pillow case too. The front desk told me they clean the room one a week.

The staff is always polite and accomadating. The hotel is clean and the pricing is reasonable.

It was okay for a overnight trip to the area. Lived the dove soap in the bathroom.

Great place. Will refer people to it. Would be nicer with a bit better clean and some more upkeep. Bed was very comfortable. Best part of the stay was the bed.

The only unpleasant thing was the cockroaches, I had to kill three and in the elevator there was a slightly unpleasant smell, but the room was comfortable and the place was quiet.

The hotel was decent on cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, it's an extended stay and our neighbor was a night owl. They watched TV loudly and cooked and banged pots and pans around all night.

The owners wife was very rude from the start , I booked threw hotels.com and she called at 1 am and said I didn’t pay which I clearly did and then proceeded to ask for confirmation number at 4 am waking the kids and baby up again ..she was the most rude person I have came in contact with in a long while,especially in a place of business where they own . I told her I’d leave her a bad review n she said go ahead ur no one that matters . I’m done

We had a problem with the garbage disposal and we saw a maintenance person on our way to the pool and mentioned it to him and by the time we got back to the room it was all taken care of This was excellent service and all staff was very nice friendly and helpful

Hotel was clean easy of 95 and on. Close to all kind of restaurants and shopping. Service was good and room was clean.

So although this is a nice property, our room was in poor condition. The soap dispenser in the bathroom by the sink did not work, and the toilet was broken. Also, the bed sheets were not clean - urine stains. We got in late so we were too tired but did mention it in the morning.

Very nice accommodations, just some issues - TV remote was difficult to understand and for one room TV didn't work at all. Overall good value and comfortable stay

I reserved and paid for a suite with a separate bedroom weeks before my stay. Once I checked in and went to the room I was in a normal hotel room. Not at all what I paid $240 for, and definitely not what I reserved. I was never notified of this change, was never offered any sort of refund, discount, or compensation for this change, and the woman training a nice young girl at the counter was ridiculously rude. Not to mention there were other guests at the desk disappointed as well, so this seems to be how they normally operate… unprofessional, rude, and not honoring reservations. I left the hotel and went to stay somewhere that they value not only my business, but also understand how customers should be treated. I would never stay there again.

The phones in the room did not work, the ac vent was broken, the reclining chair would not function right . It took over two hours to get towels for the room .

Front desk worker after 10pm was very unhelpful with everything I asked? Our Tv remote wasn’t working and she did not want to assist me. In the morning the kids were excited to get in the pool that was supposed to open at 10 am she said it didn’t open until 12 when there was clearly a sign on the gate. After I threatened to call corporate, “maintenance “that “wasn’t on site” magically appeared and unlocked the gate. So we finally got in at 11 but had to be checked out by 12 so they lost an hour. I ONLY rent hotels with pools so my kids can have fun while we’re away. The daytime staff here were wonderful though. I come here yearly (3yrs and counting) and usually have a great stay. I’d come back but hope that the evening staff improves their attitude

This hotel was pet friendly. Updated and clean. Front desk was friendly.
