Wrong room extra charges on credit card. No pool the room was crap

Breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular was expected but was hoping for a little more from a "Hilton" property and while the young lady was trying her best ( and a whole lot of cudos !!! for her ambition and desire (non existant elsewhere these days)) she was just missing the mark w/ her efforts and keeping suppies up. Suite was comfortable & roomy. Recreation facilities were plentiful and the pool area looked clean.

Everything appeared to be clean but when we opened the linen bag for pull out couch the fleece blanket was flea infested. I'm totally fine w/ pet friendly and also understand that 'cover blankets' & top covers usually do not get washed every time, but checks & balances still have to be employed. Carpets are due for a good steam cleaning. The elevators were not only very dirty (especially the back one) but irritateably slow. Worse was there was no stairway near the back elevator (across from our room), I wondered what would happen in case of a fire. I'm confident that the 'lump' I saw in the adjacent hall way was construction mud but looked eerily close to dog feces, it remained during our entire stay; never removed or picked up...

Had to change rooms. Problem with toilet in first room. Very expensive for a Monday night.

The room was nice e and was the perfect size for our family.

The hottub was dirty

great location, bedroom separate from living room and kitchen, pool on site, continental breakfast.

there was lots of trash, cigarette butts on the grounds outside. my dog ate something and ended up sick. while it is a pet friendly hotel, they did not have a designated area for dogs or a gates area for them to roam free that was safe for them. the dishes that were in the dishwasher were not clean prior to my visit.

Breakfast was good

Staff were rude in checkin. I was in town for a funeral and she couldn’t find the reservation. I had to change the date due to arrangements changing but did so prior to check in and in the days allotted (two days advance). She questioned if I “even booked here”. It started the stay off on bad footing. She did find the reservation and I was checked in in time

The privacy and the cleanliness of the room. The comfort of the bed was awesome. The noise level was excellent it was very peaceful and relaxing.

The hot tub was out of order most of the time. That was one reason we booked there. But overall everything was great. The closet was off the track so we couldn't use but we notified the front desk before we left.

The location of the breakfast was fine but the breakfast itself wasn’t that good

The eggs were cold. And I wish there was bacon. I didn’t like the sausage. And no fruit

I do like how big and comfortable place is. It's pricy but the bed was comfy and I rested well. That's very valuable.

I thought it was on the pricey side but still. Depends on the area, nice facility and decent breakfast

Nice comfortable clean rooms. Good for kids with basketball court and lots to do. Nice hot breakfast. Would def come again.
