The hotel is tired and the room was not to my cleanliness standards (the carper was old and dirty). Breakfast was good and the interaction with the hotel workers was generally good

Our room was invested with ants. We had to have the bedding changed. There was human fluids on mattress cover and the sheet was a queen size on a king bed. I told front desk about ants. They said they knew. We're Hilton Honor members and always stay at hampton inn but this was a disappointment.

The rooms could have been cleaner. The rugs are spit vacuumed. Not around edges of walls or furniture. Had some ants in the toom

There was junk in the hall on the carpet. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The shower stall looked unclean. I did like the bed. Instead of a reduced rate because my room was close to the highway, I got a white noise machine. Someone tracked in mud on the first floor and the elevator; I mentioned it to the person behind the desk; the elevator floor was not cleaned.

It was a business visit and the front office manager, Kathie M, did a great job taking care of our needs. We have had some communication issues in the past, but it looks like they have finally found a new front office manager that "gets it". Great work Kathie!

Quiet property and easy to find.

It was a great stay. Even though it was an older hotel, it was well maintained.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Other than that, this was was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and have always had a great experience so I didn't take the time to look at the reviews. I wish I had because there weree many other hotels in the area. Convenience wise, it was beautiful weather and we would have liked to sit outside and enjoy it but there were no benches or seats anywhere, very disappointing. The cleanliness of room was disgusting. We could tell it was old and dated which was ok but our feet were sticking to the floor and the rug was torn, frayed and filthy. The only good thing is that there were no bed bugs or roaches. You can be sure I will think twice about using Hampton Inn again.

The property looked worn out and in need of a remodel. Housekeeping was by request only and we were unaware of this policy until we inquired as to why our room had not been cleaned. This property was not up to Hilton standards.

Didn't like no setting out front for smokers

Room was freezing. We had to turn heat on. Process of getting on the internet was very complicated, signing up for stuff I did not want. Otherwise it was ok, typical hotel for the night.

Overall great experience. Breakfast was great every morning, staff was fantastic especially Larry and Sedona. Only complaint is the beds are so hard so Hard next time I will have to bring a memory foam pad.

Nice staff

We had to change hotels during our stay for the truck show due to a pet issue. This hotel was a last minute booking and very pricey. My husband travels alot for work and we always put him in Hampton Inns. We were very surprised at how unkept this location was. The tile floors are sticky and the carpet is too. Like they get in a skating ring. Our AC would not keep the room cold. They came twice to look at it but fixed nothing. We were on the third floor and the hallway carpet was in terrible condition. They need to spend some money in renovation beyond the Lobby. It was not worth the nightly price and we wont stay at this location again. We actually left a night early to drive to Chattanooga and stay at the Hampton Inn there since we knew it was in better shape with working AC.

Ac crapped out during a very hot day and the maintenance man was out! It did get fixed but was uncomfortable for a while

The highway noise in our room was horrible! The floors looked unclean and our shoes kept sticking to the floor. When we checked out, the clerk just said, “ok to email your receipt?”She didn’t ask how our stay was and when I told her about the noise, etc., she just said “oh”. I usually enjoy my stays at Hampton Inn, but this may be our last.

We often stay at a Hampton when we are traveling from one location to another because we have always been pleased. Not so much this time. I should have been leery after seeing 8.2 rating reviews when most Hamptons are 8.8 or higher. First, the good things. Breakfast eating area is bright, cheery, and inviting. Breakfast staff friendly. This area can be seen from the lobby and was spic and span. Location was also a plus for easy on/off from highway. Now for some of the issues. Room smelled smoky, very unpleasant. My shoes stuck to the floor where there wasn’t carpeting. Upon check in, staff was not friendly, not unpleasant or mean, just not friendly. One person was on her phone while the other one checked us in using a robotic manner. Upon check-out, a different desk person was on her phone and barely established eye contact. This Inn was very highly priced compared to other ones in the vicinity, so overall, not worth the extra $$.

My room faced the highway and it was very noisy at night. Breakfast was not subpar. Parking was tight. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Friendly staff and hotel was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable and seriously needs an upgrade

Stay for the night was amazing. Staff was very friendly had a big trailer behind truck and staff helped find a spot for us to make sure it was in front of cameras. Room was very clean. Great selection for breakfast in the morning. Great hotel to stay at!

Had a good and rotating beakfast.

Our first rooms air conditioning didn't work and the room was dirty. The second rooms a/c worked, but again the room was dirty. My wife had to use disinfectant wipes on the countertops. The floors in both rooms were sticky. We never expect a hotel to be as clean as our house, but this was unacceptable. All of that said, the check in staff was great! Extremely professional, courteous. Sadly, we will not be using this Hampton Inn again.

Everything was great nice people could just use some minor maintenance

The hotel was great. The staff was very helpful and courtesy. Breakfast was good. The only downfall was the terrible couch in the room. Most uncomfortable I've ever sat on to be a new one.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were slim. Oatmeal was like glue at 8 am both mornings we went to breakfast. Fruit choice was oranges period. Our room was clean. We’ve stayed at nicer Hampton Inns.

We requested to have a our room cleaned and it didn’t happen. The fitted sheets on the bed wouldn’t stay on the bed. Over all everything looked worn out.

AC wasn’t working properly. Very poor water pressure. Room had a strong disinfectant order.

I would stay there again without any thoughts

Stayed several times and the parking is great especially for hauling a vehicle. The room will not get cool enough no matter how far down you put the temp and terrible water pressure. The beds and pillows are comfortable but probably for the next truck show will have to try somewhere else based off of the temp in the room. Stayed for 5 days and 100 degrees all day outside and wanted to come in to a cold room.
