I would have given this hotel a little higher rating except for the mgr on duty the night we checked in. When we arrived, there was a note on the counter saying she’d be right back (she was getting a new batch of hot out of the oven cookies). I waited patiently… no big deal. My husband after unloading our vehicle came in and saw me still waiting. He without looking at the note on the counter… hit the bell. She was simultaneously coming around the corner.
While I can’t call her response rude… she let us know that she was annoyed at us not “paying attention to her note”. We laughed at the whole thing. She didn’t think it was funny! Just think she could have handled it a tad better!
The good news is.. room was clean, property well maintained.. beds & pillows were comfortable! I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in Crawfordsville.

I know it's not your fault, but adding an access road from the frontage road to your hotel would be beneficial. Directions that take you that way don't work as you can't access it. Also, really enjoyed and would've been nice to have cookies upon check in on our stay back. The very nice lady had them when we checked in traveling through. But the guy didn't have any when we stayed a second time 5 days later. So our excitement for them was saddened.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shortly after we checked out we received a call from the front desk to tell us that found an item we had left. We were still at the hotel eating breakfast so we picked it up.

Direct TV options were pretty weak, and the remote control wasn't convenient.
Will certain stay again given the other, lower-priced options which I've used in the past which were truly awful.

This is a pet friendly property. The Breakfast that is included in your stay was amazing. This property is right off I - 74. I was very pleased with my stay here while traveling.

I don't understand why this particular Holiday Inn needs a $100 hold on my credit card for "incidental purchases". Especially when there really isn't much to purchase at the Hotel. Normal is about a $25 hold. Stayed there Sunday and now Thursday and they still have not released the hold. I guess they are using my money for free while I pay the interest.

The shower handle was broke. We had requested an accessible room at was put in the 3 rd floor. Why would you put people that might be disabled in the 3 rd floor if there was a reason to evacuate the building

The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff very friendly. The only downside was that the hotel has the noisiest elevator door that I've ever seen. And the staff says that no one has been able to fix that. Maybe they should contact the manufacturer of the elevator.

Great stay. We were too tired to enjoy the pool, but it looked great. The bed was comfortable, the TV was really clear, and the bathroom was roomy. This was a great stop
on our journey west. Would stay here again. I love how consistent IHG hotels are now. I’ve begun choosing them first.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! The breakfast bar was so good! Lots of options, well stocked and really yummy.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. There were no cookies on counter when we checked in, so the hotel clerk offered to bake some for us!
