Location was close to highway and easy access

Great service, affordable pricing and well kept room

We were booked in for 3 nights at this property; when we came back after a long day of outing on day 2, our door was propped open! We were scared and shocked as we entered the room, things were in order luckily. We complained to the desk manager the following morning as advised by the night staff, and she brushed it off saying that it was her that left our door open. Were we supposed to feel better with that? No apologies nothing! Room was not cleaned the entire 3 days of stay! Just towels were changed. Best Western needs to keep up its reputation else will lose clientele for sure.

In general was everything good. Only they miss to clean and change the sheets from the bed.

Quite a comfortable stay and met our travel needs perfectly. Staff was very accommodating and quick to fulfil some of my needs. Breakfast was not so fulfilling, but okay to get by.

Stayed 3 days with family.the breakfast was excellent, especially the order to make omelette. Many food options available near by. Near to main roads. Will stay again.

The workers was so friendly! We loved everything about this hotel.

Breakfast bread was not good, yogurt liiked lije paste and felt artificial flavor. Potatoes were in same warmer as sausage.. so vegetarians do not have an option to eat potatoes.

Overall the property is good. The woman at the front desk is polite, attentive and friendly during afternoon check in. The woman who was there during checkout was also fantastic. The room we were in and the common areas were overall clean. The condition of the property overall is fine. The room designs are modern. The rooms have enough space. Plenty of outlets including USB outlets by the bed for device charging. The king bed was very comfortable. Linens were clean. Overall, we didn't feel there was anything gross to touch in the room. Rooms have a closet which includes an ironing board and iron, a few hangars, and a wire shelf. Additionally, the room contains a microwave, fridge, a Keurig coffee maker and 3 small drawers as well as a work desk and chair which are really comfortable to work at. There is a small Samsung TV with plenty of channels for kids. The complementary breakfast was good. There was a grill, enough juice and hot beverage options and pastries. My only complaint is that the water pressure and the shower head could have been better. Also, the walls are thin... We heard everything you said room 225! ;) Location is about 30 minutes from Purdue University. Plenty of free parking. There's some fast food dining options in walking distance (less than a minute drive) but additional restaurants and sit down spots are about 10 minutes out in Crawfordsville (shoutout to Wildfire 348 and Dari-Licious).

Disappointing. The eco friendliness of no electric in the room means the air conditioning was not on and it took several hours for the room to be comfortable. Breakfast was disastrous as there was no room to walk without bumping into other people and nearly spilling their food. Staff was pleasant but could not accept an Apple Card for “incidentals”. Shower was very small and narrow, towels and sheets were stained.

It was very hot in the building. Not sure if it had to with the eco-friendly energy.

Girl who checked us in was very helpful. Very warm in room. Air set at 65 but no where near that in room. There were bugs in the bathroom. Halls and elevator were very warm. There were people running down the halls at least twice that woke us up. Breakfast was terrible. Biscuits were so hard couldn't even break them in half. Would definitely not stay there again!!!!

Spacious and clean

I was in roon #323 on third floor, that was very noisy all night. I think it was because the air handler was right next to my room. The coffee in my room had coffee grounds were floating on top after the brew cycle and instant coffee was being service in the hotel kitchen. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.It was not worth $185.90. No sleep and no coffee!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The shampoo and conditioner was not stocked in our room but the staff came right up and refilled everything. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Building looks a little older from the outside, but it was nice and clean inside. Room was good, uses eco friendly card system, and pump soap and shampoo dispensers. They will make you an omelet in the morning or you can get the normal baked goods breakfast type of food. Probably best option at this exit.

Overall, it was decent, but I would not probably want to stay there again. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the place. This is just my preference.

Friendly, good service. Room was dirty above fridge and microwave. Closet floor was very dirty, needs to be swept.

The property is best described average. The decor is cheaper looking and the biscuits are frozen food. When we asked about borrowing utensils or having plastic utensils, we were turned down by the front desk.

Best place we’ve stayed so far on this trip. The only glitch was that the tv remote didn’t work and it took 2 tries to get one that worked.

The breakfast room was out of some basic supplies - jeĺly and butter packs. Lovely room and helpful staff.

Worst hotel stay ever and we’ve traveled throughout the US. The bed was so hard that we ended up using the pull out bed. The actual bed was poorly made and there were dirty fingerprints on the bathroom door. First impression on walking into the hotel was that we were a bother. The clerk came to the desk and looked at me. I said we were checking in and she proceeded to mess around on the computer for several minutes without welcoming us or even speaking until she told us the room was non smoking and asked if we had pets. She then handed me the pen that she pulled out of her ponytail to sign in!! Who does that?! Needless to say, we canceled our upcoming reservation for the Memorial Day weekend and booked elsewhere.

Receptions is very friendly . They have a very attractive lobby. They are eco-conscious and so have a box in the room you must insert a key into to get power to room - so when you leave for a while you can avoid wasting power by just pulling out the card everything stops. Room is very spacious even with king bed in it. Lots of walking around room Big fridge.Ordinary microwave. Super clean room and bathroom. Very pretty and bright bathroom. Blackout curtain on window works super well. Bed and pillows fine. TV has lots of premium channel movies but not netflix access. Interiour hallways are bright and aestheticlly nice, not cheap or dark. Very new seeming space - must be recently renovated or new building. Hot breakfast is good. Waffle machine. Eggs, Sausage, Hash browns. oatmeal, cereal, muffins, toast. Oddly no BUTTER??? When asked the cook just gave me some loose butter but said they don't have small butter packets. Very nice neighborhood. Lots of food around. Cracker barrel adjacent to parking lot. McDonalds across street. Right off freeway. We would stay again.

The room was nice, but the bed was too firm for my wife. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower didn't work. Although the omelet was flavorful at breakfast, food that was supposed to be hot was luke warm at best. The coffee and juice dispensers have watered down drinks with little flavor. The biscuit for biscuits and gravy were pasty, probably due to too much flour. The gravy was watery and tasteless. I haven't had a breakfast this bad while traveling since during COVID.
