The stay was so good but when I left there were thousands of black ants inside and outside of my truck. It was awful. I spent an hour cleaning just the ants out and im still finding them. It was horrible.

Our room was very spacious and clean!! And Our bartender (I really wished I remembered her name) she was truly amazing she’s loves her job and it showed!! Front desk was also very nice and helpful. Thank you Doubletree Northwest for making our anniversary night special and one to remember!!❤️

I liked that.The pool area was very cold and very nice and cozy. One thing that the place needs to work on is when you're going in to sit for breakfast. There's nobody there to guide you to let you know what to do.. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay at.

There was a horrible odor in the lobby and bar/ restaurant area. It flowed into the elevators as well. It smelled like body odor and Axe body spray. This was not just one person the place just smelled that way? Maybe it’s the deodorizer they are using. It was at all hours too. Just smelled awful.

Employees are kind and very courteous. I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked in to check in. We were greeted and we were given delicious cookies and water bottles. We had a great time! I highly recommend staying here.

They recommended the hotel to me but I was very dissatisfied. For 3 days without cleaning the room, on the 2nd day it had a lot of garbage, I asked for it to be cleaned and they never did. The third night I spoke and the only thing they sent me were clean towels and sheets so I could clean the terrible room and very disappointed, the truth is that my husband and I will never return.

It was nice and clean inside. Outside was kind of a mess, but to be fair there is a good amount of construction going on. The parking is kind of a mess as well.
