The area where the hotel is located is great, lots of places to shop. The incident with the hotel was at the bathroom, the water will get stuck and my husband had to clean it. He removed so much hair from the bath tub drainage.

Very clean, and amazing staff.

Overall it was good , it’s an amazing location for shopping ,the included breakfast was really good and it wasn’t the same thing everyday, the room was clean and comfortable. There was also a movie night on Saturday . I gave 4 stars because the digital key on the app didn’t want to work at the pool or the laundry facilities so I ended up with 4 key cards because I had to go to the front desk to get a physical key card. Also 4 of the washer/drier machines were out of order, leaving only one of each operational. One upgrade I’d like to see especially in the single king size bedroom we were in is an updated shower head.

Great place to stay in Dartmouth … right next to plaza .. shopping outlets … rooms were big and cozy … Really nice place to stay and good value for money

Quiet and close to shopping and restaurants

The room was clean but it had an overwhelming odour of curry. Even the pillows smelled. When we addressed our concern to the front desk all we got in response was "ok". I know we are a very diverse country and all cultures stay at your hotel but steps could be taken to minimize smells left behind.

The staff were incredible

This was an average stay. The breakfast was adequate, the pool water was cloudy, the beds were not comfortable, the hotel was busy, and staff were pleasant. The location is good.

Everything was great. Friendly staff. Beautiful clean room. Comfy bed. Needs a little updating here and there. Great quality for the price.

This hotel was so conveniently located and the easy and free parking was a plus! You have so much shopping and restaurants all around. And only a short drive to downtown Halifax! I did find that the pillows had a weird smell but the staff replaced them immediately which was great. The decor is quite modern and very clean. I would say that I found the bathroom vanity to be a big high but that could just be short people problem. Overall a good stay.

Decent Hampton inn, clean.

Check in was an easy breeze. The pool needs fans/air conditioning. It was unbearable with the heat and the lack of air movement. You couldn’t breathe. It also wasn’t the cleanest and we went in directly after the 3:00 cleaning/maintenance time. Breakfast was disappointing. Two lady staff stood talking the whole time while one younger male staff tried to run and restock everything himself. Almost everything was empty when you went to get it and you had to wait in a line for it to be replenished. The selection was great! Just needed to wait for the eggs, bacon, waffle batter, etc. because they were all empty and due to the long lines waiting for them, they were empty again by the end of the line. It was also so very, very hot! Even in the “eating lounge” they have set up, it was just so very hot that it was difficult to enjoy the meal. The room was very nice. Big bed and clean washroom. We didn’t wait long at any point for an elevator.

Wonderdul hotel for a family of 4 with 2 young children. Recommend!

Breakfast was not refilled in the hours it was suppose to be served. Pool area very untidy and no safe for seniors to walk in to go for a swim. One day in the 3 day night stay our room was not cleaned what so ever. No garbage emptied, no clean towels…disgusting customers service. When I mentioned to a staff there was no apologies!

Great location and great parking. The room we stayed in was fine, but the floors had food on them and the toilet wasn't clean. The water slide was also a great addition for the kids, but it wasn't working by our second day. Thankfully they got to use it our first night.
