Very old, breakfast is overcrowded in a limited space, shuttle bus to train station and airport NOT reliable, they ask if you want your room to be maked up daily and if you say yes they anyway do every 3 days. Sunday morning 8.05 in the morning they drill and do maintenance despite of the day and time. Never again.

Friendly staff and great service. The breakfast was simple but filling and there was a decent selection to choose from. Shuttles came about every 30 minutes and were clean and drivers friendly. Front desk was great about directions and suggestions - even went above and beyond by asking other staff when they didn't have a specific answer. Location to LGA was perfect.

We had a very good stay! We have stayed here on several occasions. This is one of our favorite places to stay during our trips to NYC. It’s clean, comfortable and the front desk is always friendly and helpful.

The Hampton staff was extremely accommodating during my entire stay. I would highly recommend this location for airport lodging.

The 1st room smelled of feet or stale cheese. Not to mention, two barking dogs across the hall.
Front desk personnel, happily changed the room.
While the new room didn't smell and on the surface seemed clean, it had a lot to improve on.
The bathroom floor was greasy. And the frame of the shower has something strange happening. I don't want to touch it, as it looks slimy.
Lastly, the carpet in the room clearly needs to be cleaned as the oil and dirt seems embedded into the fiber. It's is bad enough for us to feel the need to not walk on it with bare feet.
Lastly, the room has no safe or refrigerator.
I don't think I am asking too much to feel comfortable in my hotel room.
Very unlikely I will book a Hampton Inn in the future.

Our flight was canceled and couldn’t get rescheduled for a few day. Made a reservation based off availability and close to the airport. It was gross. The hot water in the room came and went the entire time. Breakfast was horrible. No fruit or really much of anything. The wallpaper in the hotel room was peeling and the cleaning staff woke us up about 8 am both days talking loud in the hallways.

Our reservation was thrown away. Staff could not explain what had happened. We were left stranded in the middle of the night with luggage and pets with us, with no help from the hotel with finding us another room. Will be expecting a full refund plus last minute expenses such as the Uber and second hotel room

Sign at the desk said the rooms would be made every other day. I asked for thr room to be made up once for my 2 night stay. The manager said no problem. After returning to my room late on the second day, the room was not cleaned. Called the desk and they said housekeeping service was gone for the evening. Say what you'll do and then do what you say. .

The property was rundown and felt old. The room was old as well. The bedding looked well used. I couldn’t get much hot water for my shower and it got cold before I had finished washing my hair. However, the beds themselves were comfortable and the front desk staff were kind and helpful.

Staff were very friendly! Breakfast was great and it was free! The only reason I didn’t rate it excellent is because the room wasn’t all clean when we arrived. Couple of small trash items were left behind by prior guests and the bed sheets were still humid and wet. Maybe AC needs to be kept on all times during New York hot weathers so the room items do not damp.

Visit for granddaughter’s college graduation. Love Hampton for its breakfast. Access to the hotel across the walkway was appreciated. Great dinner menu and bar. Proximity to airport and courtesy shuttle is always a plus.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was top-notch every day, and they have the best coffee I've ever had in a hotel. I highly recommend this property!
