The pub and staff are always excellent and so friendly, the rooms are rather tired especially the bathrooms but clean, the food and breakfast I cannot fault, but again very friendly staff, that’s why I return for my business trips

The room was clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff are friendly.

Staff were absolutely wonderful helpful nothing to much trouble breakfast was fabulous bedroom old but very clean and comfortable to be expected from an old building

We were arriving late but they wait for us and gave us the keys and checking process was very fast and good.

Overall for a 1 night stay adequate and reasonably priced room has most of the amenities required let down by lack of toiletries Bathroom a little sterile badly painted and wouldn’t recommend to elderly no antislip on floor and not the easiest bath to exit onto veneered wood flooring and little touches such as superior waste bins(so flimsy) would improve the overall appearance.All in all nice location you could argue value for money although food vastly overpriced for quality just a little tired in atmosphere and appearance

Great Hotel cenral location, opposite the Abbey. Staff extremely friendly especially Rosie she couldnt do enough for us. Highly recommend this hotel. Very comfortable. Value for money.

My stay for lovely and food was nice and staff lovely .and management. We will be back .

firstly rooms were unclean and not up to standard .... we moved rooms 3 times first room filthy not been hoovered the bathroom was very dated with lots of mold in the shower ... 2nd room the bathroom was dated and cold ..and the lock was broken on the door ..3rd room was ok but bathroom tiny very dated couldn't regulate the radiator so boiling hot or cold .the tap water was dangerous boiling water no regulator valves on the taps.The electrics were not up to regulation with the fan mot working in bathroom and no isolator fitted. Bar staff and cleaning staff polite and friendly, not so the reception staff, did not acknowledge me when returning door key.

Twin room perhaps on the small side, basic but all that's needed for a short stay. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great position right opposite Tewkesbury Abbey and plentiful free parking for guests. received a really warm welcome. The room was a typical greene King Hotel room, fairly basic but clean and comfortable, but very good value. We both slept well. We have since booked to stay again with friends.

The unique character of the Bell,felt quite homely and comfortable.Staff were very good. Beautiful food, though too big a portion for the smaller appetite. We enjoyed our stay,will come again.

The room has had its day, plaster work was crumbling and the room was very dated. The condition of the windows was appalling ie the wooden frames, the bathroom was in a very poor condition, the sink was cracked. I would not recommend this hotel.
