When a book I saw that the written pet friendly if it's not also for share room you need to add it to your information I'm not supposed to guess it. Second of all I called before I came and ask if it's okay cuz I have a service dog and they tell me yeah don't worry your room is ready when I arrived must I add with extremely exclusion pain cuz I'm a disabled they just kicked me out because of my dog and didn't give me any other solution really treating me like I'm nothing and denied that we have the call even though I show them on my history that I communicate for this amount of time with somebody from there hostel you don't treat disables like that leave them in this situation especially where it's nowhere to live really really mean place

Older facility but everything we needed for our stay. The 5 Euro breakfast was great. Easy to access using local transit.

Good and clean

Everything was pretty good. Very clean room and comfortable bed. A nice breakfast buffet for 5 Euro with great coffee. Internet in the room was weak occasionally.

For the price it was great location and clean. I have visited Florence many times but this was the first time staying in a hostel. Would recommend. Internet was fast and I was able to work without issue.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst place I stay on my entire 3 week Europe trip. The bathrooms were disgusting and the staff was very rude.

If you like very simple place, bed under the roof is fine I guess.

Clean, super comfy bed, quite location

The staff is really lovely. It is close to a bus stop that brings you to the center. They have an area to hang around inside and outside and it is nice to have a breakfast option

The staff was absolutely not friendly. In addition, the rooms are absolutely not soundproofed and we heard everything. Both the people in the neighboring room and the people who walk in the corridor. Finally, we were woken up by people all night since they were partying or leaving very early in the morning.

Is a really nice hostel, the rooms are quite small and they have a lot of mosquitoes on it, but the beds are comfy and clean, the commun areas are great, and the staff is very kind

There were no staff in charge of the hostel at the front desk, so they didn't properly tell me whether or not the hotel was being used or not (They said, 'The manager' is not there right now, so they can't help') It really confused me.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The view was amazing and the facilities were well maintained.

Positive surprised of cleanliness and service. Bed made everyday and room cleaned. Delicious breakfast just for €5. Staff friendly and helpful. Hostel 35 mins away from main atractions, not really worth to catch a bus. Shops and take away just round the corner. Hostel accept groups under 18 so not really happy with a noise or space in the eating area.

Affordable option for short stays. Essential decor, the private bathroom was clean but made of cheap furniture. Basic but nice buffet for 5 euro breakfast in the morning. The area is 35 minutes by foot from downtown.

WIFI NOT CONNECTED

Helpful staff, room was basic but clean. We always had hot water and the shower pressure was strong. Toilets were fine, just could do with a few minor repairs (flickering lights, new toilet seat). Breakfast was good for those on a budget, only 5€ and could help yourself to a selection of pre packaged pastries, cereal, ham, cheese and toast. A variety of hot drinks and cold, soy milk was also available. Only thing I would have wanted would be a selection of fruit as well. Although it is outside of the centre we walked to and from the hostel every day, only took us about 25 minutes. If walking isn’t your thing though there is a regular bus across the road outside and you can buy tickets from the newspaper seller who opens early. Didn’t really hear any of the other guests in the evening, slept well. Overall a pleasant stay.

Our stay was very good. Our room had a nice view of Florence. It was clean and spacious. Surroundings are full with restaurants, super shops etc. People at the receptions are also very nice, helpful and friendly. The only thing was little bit annoying was the internet, it was not working properly the whole time our stay for 5 nights. Should have been fixed. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and definitely recommended.

The room was always filled with about 30 mosquitos. It was very hard to sleep and we would wake up with tens of bites on our body. The baths didn't have any soap and the paper towels were not restocked after our first night. Water in the showers seemed to randomly change temperatures.

The hotel was in poor state. It is more a backpacker place than a proper hotel. The room was very aged and very very basic. No ac but a fan and a tiny smelly toilet in the room. We kindly asked in reception for a glass and they could not even provide us with one. Breakfast room was closed. The parking is a gamble, nobody literally knows if you can or cannot park around there. It is like 40 min walking from the center.

Decent distance from museums, about 30 min walkwalk

This hostel was quite above my expectations, which i had made from previous hostel stays. The rooms and corridors are spacious. Very clean common areas and lobby. Well maintained furniture and fixtures and nice cooperative staff.

Breakfast and dinner are cheap but nice which is all you can eat style. Facilities can be improved. Location little bit far from city center but good for money.
