Gorgeous property. The concierge was the best I have experienced. Ibrahim and Meli were absolutely amazing. Good dining options. I will definitely go back.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The service was exceptional, the room was stunning and the pool was a highlight of my stay. Thank you Emine and Nazli from front desk, who showed me around the hotel, recommended activities and showed me how to use the Turkish bath. They were patient and helpful. I highly recommended this stunning hotel with unique decor. Also would like to thank to the outstanding service provided by Hedi of Virtus restaurant. He was incredibly patient and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Not only that, but he also went above and beyond to suggest and introduce different dishes to us, which we greatly appreciated. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot on. He even took the time to show us the bar, which was exquisitely designed. Overall, his service was exceptional, and he truly made our dining experience memorable. I highly recommend this staff member to anyone visiting the hotel restaurant.

Our holiday is excellent. Espacially staffs are very friendly and generous. Musics, rooms, pool, ambiance and winter garden… all worth seeing. Quiet and relaxing. Thanks for evetything.

Beautiful hotel, however service did not live up to expectations or previous stay. No explanations of lamps in room (sounds banal, but given the old and cool rooms this is key; had to unscrew light bulbs); neither sauna nor human were operational. In door pool, but candles not lit so not great ambience. On day of departure (6:50 am; due flights) breakfast was not delivered on time; and when we chased them up we got sour commentary.

The most unique, beautiful hotel I have ever stayed. The design was impeccable - they have truly put thought into every nook and cranny. Beyond that, exceptional service and staff went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure all our needs were met. Hope to be back.

It was an amazing experience overall. We had the ‘Sultan Room’. Room was very clean and decorated really like a palace room with a fireplace kept us warm the whole night . Breakfast was amazing, dinner was really good. Staff is very kind and very helpful to make your stay pleasant. We will definetely come back!

It was really cold inside the room and the hot water wasn't enough also the floors were not clean it was icy and slippery... a bit dangerous they were supposed to clean but....

must see spa and swimming pools....won't forget your lifetime

What can I say about this hotel? It was absolutely amazing and the highlight of my trip to Turkey! The decorations were breathtaking and the stuff were very accommodating. I had a very good stay here. I forgot to mention, the food in the hotel restaurant was so good too, both dinner and breakfast!

We stayed three nights and I think we had the worst breakfast that we ever had, with that money you pay its not worth it at all.
