Nice hotel in good location, staff friendly and breakfast good

Check in was a bit grumpy but after that all good! The view was amazing. We were on the 8th floor looking over the city.. The breakfast buffet was absolutely the best we have ever had. Should we get to come back in the future we will definitely stay with you!

Nice hotel with pool. Live music at night outside with tables. Restaurant options within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was very good. Walkable with bus and taxis close by. Right across the street from Gruz Harbor.

Our room is very spacious and nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We needed to make a last minute airport transfer change and they gladly took care of it for us. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Dubrovnik and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a nice place to stay.

For the price we can't fault the hotel. A shower room after checking out and earlier check-in could be improvements. There's some great restaurants nearby, a short walk to the Sunset Beach area and a bus service into the old town.

A well run well located property with all the facilities you need and some nice small touches that show this hotel knows what its good at. Only gripe was the layout if the buliding which meant we had to take 3 separate lifts to get to our room.

We stayed here for 7 nights, paid a lot for this reservation , the aircondition does not work, it is on 24 degrees all during your Stay and it is the lowest they can put it. If you are from northern europe this is too hot to sleep in! We had big problems with sleeping due to the aircondition not working properly + the aircondition is VERY loud. We had to sleep 4 nights with family due to not being able to sleep there properly. The Hotel said they would compensate me, they compensated me with 5% refund which isnt even enough to cover Half of the First night! I find the whole service disrespectful and i do not expect such customer service from a 4star Hotel. From the bath-tub sprinkler there comes out dirt when you use it so We didnt use the bath tub function, only for showering The pool is okay, its very crowded with a lot of kids, the pool service boys are very helpful and kind, reception staff were very good! Wonderful hotel, clean, quiet and away from the crowds of old town. Close enough for a few minute Uber ride, you can walk to sunset beach area, which was amazing!

Nice staff, clean, good breakfast. Room was cleaned every day with new towels and everything. Hard to get a sunbed if you weren’t at the pool right at opening.

Very impressed by the staff, room size, OUTSTANDING breakfast, and proximity. Shower water temperature wouldn’t adjust down to less than warm, so had to cool off in bathtub. Needs a few upgrades like USB ports, light controls, and the like. Marco and Claire were wonderful and helpful!

Received a complimentary bottle of wine in room as part of bookings. It was a milestone birthday and was surprised by the hotel after a day out with gesture of chocolates, rose and greeting note.

The rooms are beautiful, modern and extremely clean.

Clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities. Good buffet breakfast with wide variety of options and long hours. Bar/ light meals reasonably priced and quality. Pool area busy and service a little slow at times. Close to bus stop with buses into town every 10mins so no problems getting around.

This is in a great location and has an open car park next door, so super convenient. The room was actually much smaller than we anticipated and for the price I would have expected a larger more lux room. The air conditioning kept us awake most of the night as the fan shut down frequently, so not great. TV is so small you have to sit on the bed to watch it. Staff were nice enough although didn’t explain the breakfast situation. Be careful that you know the cost of going to breakfast as they show you where to eat, and forget to mention that there is a charge, which might end up being quite expensive if you’re there for a few days. Old town is 20 minute walk and is breathtaking so be sure to wear comfortable shoes for the stairs, of which there are many. Lovely walk around the Marina so it’s a thumbs up!

The hotel was a perfect base to explore Dubrovnik. A short walk to Copacabana beach, and also was not far to go to the bus stop to take you to the old town. Staff were all brilliant, friendly and very helpful. Excellent place to stay whilst in Dubrovnik.

For the price can’t go wrong. They have a nice pool that you can enjoy during the day. Rooms are big clean and comfortable. You are about a 10 min 9 euro Uber to old town. I would stay here again if the price was good.

Liked the location. Breakfast was great. Lots of selections such as eggs, meats, cheeses, fruit, coffee and even sparkling wine:) pool looked nice but didn’t end up going and live music each night. Parking on location which I liked and always a spot. Close to port for boat trips

Whilst away from old town the area has plenty to offer from beaches to eateries and cocktail bars. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was big enough to swim and well maintained.

Very nice hotel with great pool, location, view. A little too far to walk to the beach in the heat. Good breakfast. Level of politeness of staff was varying. At arrival after a long travel we were pushed a lot by the man i the reception to book a table at a nearby restaurant and it felt very awkward. Some other in the staff was serviceminded and polite though. Air condition was a bit noisy. Long walk from reception to room, needed 3 different elevators to get there.
