Wonderful and close to the base

Quiet location. While not new, it was adequate. I didn't use the pool or exercise room but they appeared to be in good condition. Breakfast was adequate and served on time.

Basically every thing was okay, but the bathroom was not a goid experience, as stated in other reviews the rust and poorly done repairs is very disappointing also the shower was useless. The water was dribbling out of the shower. And no force of water at all

This was a trip for Air Force graduation. The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All amenities were greatly appreciated and the room was comfortable and clean.

Clean, the house keeper was great always had new towels and cleaned every day with a smile on her face .front desk was very friendly and welcoming

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days for our son BMT graduation. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also close to where we wanted to be. Not too far from the airport and close proximity to the Lackland AirForce Base. I would recommend this hotel as I would also stay here again if needed in the future.

We stayed here for our daughter’s BMT graduation. The hotel was clean and in a convenient area to the base. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even provided us with info and maps for the graduation. The complimentary TX shaped waffles and breakfast items including coffee was great!

Great hotel for Air Force graduation. It was easy to get to base and they provided lots of info on graduation and even stated breakfast early those days. Pick this hotel over any cheaper ones that might look closer to base.

The staff was great. The hotel and rooms itself are lacking. There was hair on the toilet seat, the shower was leaking the entire time. The room smelled bad from the AC unit I believe and was just ugly and dirty. The indoor pool has so many chemicals that it was soapy so it burned our eyes and tasted terrible that we didn’t stay in long. I would definitely not spend my money there again.

Very clean and quiet

Family trip and we needed a nice reasonable price hotel and we found it! Very comfortable and clean! We’ll stay there again!

It was an excellent place. Very Clean. The room it’s the same as the photo. The facilities were great. The service at the welcome the desk was not great. The breakfast was excellent too. I could recommend it.

This hotel looks great! The front desk is efficient. The only ice machine was on the first floor, but people in charge had no idea about that. The pillows are rockhard.

Staff was super friendly, and let me know upon arrival what time bar, gym, pool and breakfast opened and closed. The hotel was super clean and nice. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Good clean hotel for the price

It was a decent hotel for the price. Didnt like the noise, parting at the parking lot right below my window, we were not able to sleep and I was also with my 2.5 yea old.

The first room that we were given smelled of mold the minute we walked into the room. San Antonio has extreme humidity and the state of the room reflected that. They had multiple Damp Rids on top of the curtain rods as well. The office was very accommodating and gave us a new room right away. It was 1 AM in the morning and it seemed decent enough so we just took it. When we woke up in the morning to take a shower, we could not believe how disgusting it was. Please see picture. We were not able to address it right then in there because we had to be at our nephews Air Force graduation at 5am , but in between ceremonies my husband went back to check out early. The staff was unapologetic about the rooms and inconvenience. They charged us the full rate for the one night we stayed. Please do not stay here!

The staff was friendly and very helpful, even going beyond the call of duty to ensure that my needs were met. I was surprised to see that such nourishing options were provided for breakfast. I was satisfied each morning and did not need to head to a restaurant for breakfast.

We were in San Antonio for a quick stay for graduation but our hotel was close to the location and very reasonable & a nice place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We couldn’t seem to ever get clean replacement towels or our trash removed from the room. I had to go down to the front desk 3 times to ask for towels and trash bags. The second time I went down, it didn’t seem like the guest services agent wanted to get off her phone to help me. Very average.
