Great stay! Hotel was clean, spacious and staff was welcoming.

I only had to stay overnight. The hotel was clean,the staff were nice, and breakfast was good. My only complaint is that the room had a weird smell. I think it may have been from the carpet. I had air freshener so once I sprayed everything was fine.

The room was not cleaned when we got there and then we were moved to another room that had an AC that did not work well and the second room still was not as clean as it should have been. The phones in both rooms did not work and the hallways on all the floors was broken.

We stayed a couple of nights taking my son to Rapids for his birthday. Thx God didn’t rain and we could take advantage of the entire day in the water. They hotel room was quiet, cleaned and the AC worked fine. Carpet was cleaned and the room was spacious. The area around the hotel was not safe to walk around (not that we wanted either). Breakfast had few choices typical of continental breakfast.

Would definitely return. Beds were comfortable. Loved the couch/desk area with wet bar. Drawback was the hallway hvac was out and was very hot. Only provided 1 washcloth for 2 adults (hopefully just an oversight). Shower area did not have enough return ventilation. Very hot and steamy, hopefully a result of the hallway hvac outage.

The hotel is position in a quiet neighborhood, the hotel was clean friendly staff, they offer cookies, water and tea. Jovanni did a great job welcoming us to the hotel which was a great start to the stay.

The room was as you might expect. It was clean and ready to go. The AC was not on when we came in and so it took a while to cool off, but was good after that.
The hallway did not have AC and so it was uncomfortable waiting on the elevator. Speaking of elevators, one of two were oit of service. Made the wait to get down from the fifth floor that much longer.

The room was smaller then the pictures, there was a lot of noise coming from the room next to us, the shower curtin were dirty, the rooms need some TLC.

Nice hotel, served our purpose well. Breakfast was the only issue. Bad set up had people running into each other, minimal selection (eg. no yogurt, few muffins, etc.) not kept stocked during busy times (not just food, but utensils, etc) and soured milk that had not been stored correctly. Would stay again but would find somewhere else for breakfast.

I love Marriott hotels, and the staff were good but the room was terrible. Here is what I saw wrong from a normal Marriott room:
- [ ] Shower curtain too short
- [ ] Water on floor because of curtain
- [ ] No hot water
- [ ] Wi-fi is non existent
- [ ] Blanket was like sand paper
- [ ] Coffee was cold

it would have been nice to have a restaurant inside the hotel and also very,very nice for the pool to have longer hours.since the hotel does not have lifeguard, don't understand why the hours are so short. any way you're swimming at your own risk.

Rooms are dated and the layout is bad. Furniture and flooring stained. AC was luke warm , had to sleep without the sheets on . Staff was super friendly .

The Bed sheet and linen had stains.The spare blanket in closet also had stains.The toilet was always running.The sink drain was draining very slowly.The A/C taken forever to cool the Room.
