Our check-in was great, and I'm thinking everywhere we go and use a "third-party" website....all hotels put us in the "least used" rooms. Our room, had the water pressure in the shower really weak, our air conditioning unit was working with the heat and if'y with the cold air. The room phone didn't have a cord on the receiver and the lighting in the room...well it was ok.

My stay here was good. The staff was very friendly. They do have breakfast in the mornings. They have a few choices. The biscuits and gravy are good. The only thing that wasn't the best was that the indoor pool has no heater and the water is really cold. This hotel is child friendly.

Flight delayed en route to another country . Last minute reservation. The young woman at reception was efficient and courteous, with all the necessary info - and very pleasant

This is a nice hotel to stay at for transfer to DFW airport and leave your car. The carpet was stained. Need was comfortable. Shuttle drivers are awesome!

I had to be moved rooms twice. Both rooms were absolutely horrible. I really feel like I should not have even been charged for the situation. The first room had a loud so they moved me and then we moved to the second room in the toilet leaked come and fix it. The maids woke me up by continuously knocking until I answer the door, the breakfast was not great. The pool was disgusting and full of black mold and so was the Jacuzzi. It was unusable definitely not worth $100 a night. Oh yes, and I woke up to maids in my room, changing my sheets and going around and moving all my Stuff and I asked him to kindly leave my room, but they did not speak English, so that was not translated very well.

We were not able to get additional pillows or towels from front desk. Upon initial check in encountered a spider on the door of the room. Shuttle instructions from DFW were vague as the front desk continually asked for a gate number once you get to the "purple sign" however, no mention there is a sign on the pillar that will show were you are as well as the gate number.

The staff was nice but the hotel overall is mediocre. At a glance, it looks like a decent, clean, no frills hotel. The elevator had no a/c and in Texas (even in October) it gets warm and stuffy quick! The bathrooms have a traditional tub and showerhead. Water gets hot 😊 The bed was comfortable and had a arm chair and side table that could be moved around. I saw a roach which freaks me out bc that means there's more. The lamp had a burnt out lightbulb. Breakfast was served on time (at 7am on a Sunday) but was all the cooked food was cold i.e. eggs, sausage patties and biscuits. Gravy would have been nice but didn't come out until we were done eating. Decent juice options are offered.

It's an okay room. Meets the bare minimum requirements. Walls are super thin so you can hear everything around you. Sheets were a little dingy. The toilet sear had someone's hair on it so it make me question cleanliness. But overall it was an okay place to stay.

Very nice staff... unfortunately people are smoking Marijuana in their rooms and outside... the whole building smelled of it... or room was ok once we got used to it, but it also smelled bad... the hotel needs some upgrades for sure. The breakfast was fine

We had a suite and requested extra bedding before and after checking in and never got it. There was a family above us with kids running and jumping all night both nights and when we called the front desk they just kicked in to high gear after. The food was bad and beds were not comfortable. Also the weed smell was HORRIBLE> There was a man literally smoking while walking in the hall and elevator and in the pool area.

It was the worst breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at. Parking in the front is limited and they lock the side doors so you have to walk all the way around.

The automatic front doors did not open automatically and seemed to have been broken for some time. It seemed to be in a bad part of the neighborhood. The pool was extremely cold. Our a/c filters were dirty. My husband had to clean them in order for our room to cool off. But the staff was very friendly!

The room we had was very spacious, but we were on the main floor and we heard everything throughout the night - doors slamming, and whatnot. Breakfast was mediocre. The air conditioner was also very noisy.

The toilet was not holding water in the tank! Once you flush the little red rubber cap stuck! We have to reach in and fix it!
The AC cover (the whole front) kept falling off!
Besides those two things everything else is good.

Hotel was ok i guess, buttons on the ac didn't work so i couldnt control the the temperature and i had to unplug it to turn it off. TV had a big dark spot across the display.

Very dissatisfied with the man who was doing breakfast. People were getting their food and he was removing food away from them. Tried to get some juice for my daughter and he said no it is 9am. I said I apologize but you are just starting to clean may I please have juice and he said no. Will not be back.

I rented two rooms for a family vacation and one room the a/c didn’t work which is pretty uncomfortable in the Texas heat and was told by the front desk that we would receive a refund on the room for the first night and never received anything,there’s not enough parking to accommodate everyone and it’s kind of a sketchy area
