Room 14 was a great size! Clean. Good staff. Negatives are: Poor WiFi, no response to phone message I left about needing room supplies (limited office hours).

This stay was amazing. The cabin we had was clean, close to the river, and close the the bastions park entrance. The staff was friendly and courteous. We had one issue with the Hot tub but maintenance came right down.

Wonderful!! We were on the second floor and had such a beautiful view from the balcony, and a nice bench on the balcony to sit and eat breakfast and watch all the birds. Kitchen was well equiped so we could cook an early breakfast before a 6 AM park entry.

We really had a good time. We liked that it had a kitchenette and was a block from the grocery store, and we liked the hot tub. Would have liked the pool and hot tub being available longer hours, but we made it work. If one of the things you’re in CO for is to partake of the “greenery”, pay very close attention to the policies, this might not be the place for you.
But, overall, awesome experience, great location, great price, great service.

Very nice, beds were not comfortable. But it was a nice place. Mgr very nice. They have DVD players in room and a good selection of movies.

The property was solid. The photos really don’t do the cabin justice. We visited with our three kids in late July. We opted to not have the cabin cleaned daily, but we had plenty of towels and bedding. Trash container was easily accessible. The view from the screened in porch and the sound of the river was the best part of the cabin. Overall a great property with a wonderful view. P.s. No bears were seen, but had multiple sightings of elk!!

Was a great addition to our family road trip. The river was a very short walk on the property, the views were stunning and we got to see lots of wildlife.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. Lots of privacy and so close to Rocky Mountain National Park and the quaint downtown area. Our kids loved staying here and wished we stayed longer. The cabin had all the kitchen necessities to make your own meals. We would definitely stay again!
