Great location although a little noisey. Couldnt use Airconditioning and too noisey to open window. Would be nice if they hard ceiling fan. No flat sheet on bed just comforter

Great prices, great staff. Quiet and comfortable, walking distance to all shops and restaurant, walking distance to train station. The owners are very nice and helpful.

The owners were very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was a better deal than anywhere else in town. The proximity to the river is lovely. Best of all, we could walk there from the train station. Highly recommend!

Didnt have hot water the first morning. It took them about 40 minutes to fix. The shower booth is very small. Our room was on the 3rd floor, no lift. The hotel staff did not offer any help to bring your luggage to your room. You are on your own! The good thing about this hotel is the location. Right by the river. A morning/evening walk by the river is very enjoyable.

Location was AMAZING! The room was small but clean and comfy. It's close to river and train station. I stayed only one night. But I'd like to recommend this hotel !

My family of four stayed here for three nights over a weekend in June. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is at the edge of the main part of the old city, near the Gare. It is directly on the banks of the Rhone river. We had a river view from our room window. Free parking is available not far away. The room itself is basic and clean. We found the beds comfortable. The air conditioning worked well (better than many locations in France). The bathroom was a bit long and narrow, but modern, somewhat spacious by European standards and clean. A hair dryer is attached to the wall. The walk to major sites such as the Coliseum is comfortable. The staff was friendly and happy to give directions. We carried our bags to the second floor room without a problem (no elevator). Wifi worked well. We opted to have the breakfast on site. Breakfast was sufficient and a good value. We enjoyed our stay in Arles and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hosts here are wonderful. The location is near the river and sights within Arles. Everything is walkable. We parked our car and forgot about it, since we could reach everything within minutes.

A good medium class hotel. Room compact but had most facilities for a short stay.Breakfast very good for price, 6 Euros,with cereals,bread and pastries plus a cold collation. Biggest plus was free parking by the hotel,and a view over the river. In all a good place for a tourist visit.

Hotel is in a good location, walking distance to all the old town sites (Arles is pretty small) and plenty of nearby free parking. BUT it's dingy and needs some repainting; rooms are VERY small and yellow-marbled wallpaper in ours just made it look sad. Rooms were advertised as 12 sq.m. but that clearly includes the bathroom; in what's left they could barely fit a small double bed, ONE very small stool for a bedside table (no room for a second one) and a rickety ironwork half-table and chair. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was better than we expected after all the above, though.

Very nice desk staff. Excellent good value buffet breakfast. Clean air conditioned room, but the wash basin didn't drain properly. We didn't discover this until quite late in the evening and choose not to mention it until the morning, and then forgot, so I don't know how responsive they would have been. It should have been obvious to the cleaning staff, though.

Nice little hotel in arles, great location, easy walk into town.

The hotel has no elevator, to activate the sensor for the hallway light you have to stomp the floor hard or manually turn on the switch. The lighting in our room was so dim that reading was impossible, and the TV hanging near the ceiling was probably the smallest size you can find nowadays and with so few English language channel watching Tv was out too. The breakfast had to be reserved ahead of time ( never had had that experience in other hotels before ), the so-called buffet breakfast was carefully measured in portions and the coffee was weak and the milk for the coffee was watery. Almost forgot to mention the water temperature for the shower ( very tiny space) was not steady!

Was very satisfied. We felt welcomed, All our questions were answered, we were provided with maps and schedule of events (visited during Easter Feria). Appreciated attention and help. Enjoyed central location - 5 min from Amphiteatre.
