The room was not clean and there was even some litter from previous guests in the room (open shampoo sachet in the shower and two half drunk bottles of water in the room). The shower was also so mouldy and didn’t work well. Other than this the room was fine and the beds were actually very very comfy. I will however note that when we arrived we found out we couldn’t come back to the hotel after 2am, this was fine for us as we didn’t plan to stay out late but I feel this information should be available before booking as this may not be suitable for everyone. The staff were helpful and the housekeeping cleaned the room on the second night which was nice. There was also a fan which was good as it was very hot. Also on the shower issue the towels given were very small which worked for showering too but they were more like hand towels.

Our stay was good, Hotel is in a quiet environment. Just take note of the check-in timings and latest time to return back to your room at midnight.

The hotel receptionist was very rude, not very attentive, he does not know how to serve people, we arrived with my family at 1:00 p.m., it was raining and he didn't let us be inside the hotel because check-in was at 2:00 p.m., we had to go and do time in a bar, I wanted to screw it up because I was stupid, I didn't do it because it's not my country. I finally went to a better place. I do not recommend at all.

This is one of the most low quality places I've ever been in the world, as a tourist representant I can tell you should not dare been on a late flight or arrive late at night due to a flight delay, because they will charge you, they will leave you on the street no matter how and then they will say it was a no show up, and keep your money!!!! be carefull with this scam place!!!!

The hotel rooms are very cold. You can't take a shower. The heating system is turned on in the evening from six in the evening until six in the morning, and the hotel is cold and cannot be stayed in in the winter.

Most of the things in this place were great like the view, bed, service, cleanliness etc. The staff was supportive and very clear. The only things we didn't like were mould in the shower, broken furniture like chair and wardrobe in the room and a spooky lift. But since we were in Milan to explore the city and have a place to sleep, this fitted in our budget as well as the neighbourhood is great, with great local bars and pizzeria nearby as well as the metro.

everything was clea.the location is very comfortable and the price is super. I recommend.

the price are cheap, same as the hotel, we are two people but only provide one towel and one very tiny pack of shower gel. the shower are not enough hot water and the shower head was too old so block the water come out

They should have luggage storage facility near to reception. Rest ok to stay overnight.

This hotel is about 25 mins away from the Milan city centre by M1 line, and it is 5 mins walk from the closest stop. There are enough food store around the hotel. I had 3 nights there. This hotel has some thin wall and you can hear the next room, but not by much. It is clean, it's decent enough for a sleep and shower. Overall I would stay again and would recommend it..
