Breakfast is excellent. Good food and fruits choices, super friendly and warm staff. The hotel itself is very cozy // on the other hand, the room cleanliness not too great. Found a stain of dried blood in my washroom wall and some dirt/sand under my pillows. At night it gets extremely loud because of how busy the street is. And the pool closes too early and when I visited it was pretty dirty so I didn’t even bother.

I was here for one night since I was going home the next day. I thought it was well organized and secure.

Air conditioner is not cooling. Room had no natural light. 4th floor rooms are like lofts under the roof. No elevator

The staff was wonderful and the facilities were clean but the building next to it was a club with extremely loud music that played until after 3am. We would have enjoyed the hotel had we been able to sleep and when we asked what could be done, it was clear the noise levels were a known issue.

Great location but our room has zero natural light and the pool was far from what expected from the pictures (looked dirty and stagnant, over 3 days not one guest used it)

It was a perfect place to stay for our visit to Cartagena. Cute lounge area in the courtyard and the same place breakfast is served. Breakfast was nice - consistent and had a good offering to start your day! Being in the walled city was a great location as we could step out and be in the action! The air conditioner was nice at the end of a long hot day of walking. Our room was comfortable and clean. We could hear the city, which is typical but if you’re a light sleeper earplugs could be a good idea. The pool was small and next to the check in and lounge area, but very refreshing, aka cold! Good for a quick dip to cool off. You can’t beat the location and the staff was very kind and accommodating. We tried to see if they had a room for our last night, but sadly for us they were booked!

As a couple travelling, this accommodation was satisfactory at the price point but, anyone looking for a bit of luxury, look elsewhere. A couple of front desk staff were friendly and helpful but that’s where it stopped. Breakfast was included which you think is great until you taste it. Very regimented breakfast scenario where by you chose your items the day before, which is fine, and then each dish is bought out to you one by one when it suits the staff/when ready. This property fulfilled our needs but unless you are on a budget, I would recommend thinking about about other properties if you wish the accommodation you enhance you trip.

Very good location to sight see the old city

I only liked the location, they was very poor conditions at this hotel, ac didnt work, towels and pillows very old and dirty.

There was mold in our room, spider webs, and red stains on bedsheet (I have pictures to prove it). Having said that room was big and spacious.

This property is poorly maintained and run down. The room we were given had mold on the ac and the bathroom. Dirty sheets, cracked floor tile all around. I loaded the pictures in their FB page. Go there and see for yourself. We ended up leaving right after we saw the condition of the property.

Sadly this property I used few years back is in complete decay. Dirty, smelly, no maintenance at all, exposed wires, mold, worn out towels with holes, old dirty and stained linen, evidence of wood decay in the structure which may not be safe, broken elevator, in short avoid going to this place until it’s fixed.

The Centro is very touristic with sellers of everything, harassing. Nothing to do with the Casa though.

Very good central location in the historical center. Nice and cozy atmosphere. Only stayed for a quick overnight though as had a flight to catch

Room was clean. There's some construction going on next door and a piece of wood fell from the roof to the pool. Had a nice room with a beautiful balcony and a great view only problem is the noise outside it gets very loud late at night.
