First time at property . My kids absolutely loved it!! Room was nice. Brenda at front desk gave us a room with balcony facing river and pool, that was a nice surprise. She was amazing overall . Kids and I loved everything about it and want to make it a yearly trip. The only thing I would say is maybe have someone scan outdoor areas, someone threw up at night by pool gate and it was still there come morning as well as pool towels from night before thrown around pool area. Housekeeping did clean it up next day noon. Other than that it was great. Pool was nice and cool. Hot tub was nice and hot. River area was clean .

This property is beautiful. We enjoyed our family stay very much. Room was clean & spacious. Staff was extremely friendly, attentive & courteous. We really enjoyed the beautiful view of the river and outdoor hangout. It was peaceful and relaxing to sit by the river and enjoy some family time. We would love to visit again soon.

For the 3 nights we stayed here they had more fun to add to our stay and it was very enjoyable. The staff was superb and very clean

Absolutely great customer service! Friendly young ladies at the front desk at night and as well as the day crew. Cleaning crew was friendly and polite when encountered in the hallways working hard. A great place to stay and enjoy nature around you. Great for swimming with a dock to jump off of straight into the Guadalupe or relax on the pool. Very nice entertaining areas designed for you to enjoy the outdoors. Volleyball net, outdoor fire place, covered patio, park benches and picnic tables, and more. The lobby is very spacious with a nice size bar, sitting areas, reading areas(with books), kids game areas, eating space and more. We did not find anything that was out of order or broken. Plenty of ice machines, vending machines, the lemon water throughout the lobby for a casual rehydration was a nice touch. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy a great hotel with great amenities AND the things nature offers. A little bit of both!

Loved being on the water. Beautiful area and would definitely stay there again. Had a small issue with the elevator trapping us for a few minutes. Heard from housekeeping that is common and they don't ever use the one on that side.

The property is great. We usually stay in a condo or house in New Braunfels and I wasn't disappointed. The kids loved the river access and pool. We didn't spend a lot of time there since we were going to Schlitterbahn but the rooms were very nice. The bathroom can stand an update but not bad. There's a bar and Starbucks on site.

Great property and super helpful and positive staff. only issue was one of the elevators was out of service when we checked in late and other was not responding to 1st floor button.

My husband and I visited New Braunfels for the first time. The hotel is okay, about 3 stars. We loved the river and nearby dining options. Friendly staff, but the property needs some updates. Overall, fine for a weekend getaway.

Liked River front property, shaded area and the refreshments. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean and well-appointed. The grounds were absolutely beautiful — even more lovely and peaceful than the online pictures. We were able to get a local boat rental company to deliver a kayak right to the hotel, and we were able to embark right from the hotel grounds!

Great stay- only suggestion is to make sure patios are litter free as well as the area outside the patio… There was a plastic lid in patio and beer or Red Bull can strewn on the area outside the patio (we would have had to climb over railing to get it) bc it’s so pretty there the trash was not good to see!

I had a hard time reaching room service. Finally, I gave up and, after speaking to the desk clerk a few times, she offered to place my order for me. When it finally arrived, the grilled cheese sandwich was cold, dry and the bread was extremely dry. Definitely far over-priced for the value.

Room was spacious and very clean. We had a very comfortable stay.

Very very nice hotel loved the outside area ! It was so beautiful by the River lots of outdoor seating and outdoor fireplace. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Can’t wait to go back!

Did not get the room I paid for was given a handicap room instead. Did not have a river view which I paid for. Tried to charge an extra 60 for food that came with the stay. Was not happy with what o was given at all

Nice place, with nice grounds by the water. Im sure summer time is busier with the water access, live music etc.

Clean, centrally locatedd

Too expensive. No breakfast. We were told it would take at least 40 to get breakfast due to a banquet at the hotel

I had a really bad experience with the check in. They gave me a key and the key wasn’t working. I spoke with the receptionist for 2 times. I stayed more than 40 minutes to get into the room. I am really upset about it, I was tired after a long flight and I expected more kindness and empathy.
