Staff, room and breakfast were nice..one elevator was broken as were the washing machines in laundry room so we had to go to a local laundry with wet clothes which was very inconvient.

We use Homewood Suites quite often, so we are familiar with what we get. This one met our expectations, except for the breakfast. (Yucky eggs.) We stayed 3 nights and ate the breakfast on the first morning, but after that we said no more. On the good side, the elevators were fast and large. Good luggage carts, but they always seem to be one cart short during the peak times, which is very inconvenient. Good close-in parking. Easy access to the airport and downtown, both just minutes away. Staff is very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again, but not for breakfast.

We were satisfied with the facility. It met our needs perfectly. Excellent size room. All appliances and HVAC worked well. Good shower. Well furnished. Lots of TV channels. We did not care for the breakfast, however. We found the eggs to be unpalatable; The "bold" coffee was all gone; and what is with that Mexican food at breakfast? So we passed on the breakfast, but everything else was OK.

I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars BUT we waited 1.5 hours to get a hair dryer. Seriously! Went to the desk 5-6 times to check and remind them. My hair was dry and my shuttle to the airport was there before we got one and then the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Housekeeping service was not good. Desk staff super friendly and kind.

Room not ready until well after 4 numerous people waiting in main room for their accomodations I received an email from Expedia that our room was ready at 2
We went to the hotel and did not get our room until 4:30 or so
But the staff was trying to get the rooms cleaned and our room is very nice

We chose this property because of its easy access to the airport. We arrived at 5:00pm after a long drive expecting to check in quickly. However, the rooms (2) were not ready - as were those of several other people sitting around in the lobby. We were told the hotel's dryer was broken and the linens were not available to make beds. We were offered drinks and snacks while we waited. Around 5:30 we were told we could go to the rooms with the understanding that beds would be made as soon as possible (did they go borrow linens?). Beds were finished by 6:00pm with the staff working very hard to catch up. The rooms are typical for this brand. It is nice there are dual A/C units which serve each room separately. There is no exhaust fan in the bath area. Breakfast was typical for the brand and the breakfast area was very pleasant. The area with the rooms is built as a large square and the layoff can cause a very long walk from the elevators. Parking was close to the entrance and easy to access.

The hot tubs jets were actual jets! Felt so good. Breakfast was amazing. Multiple hot items each morning, plus juices and cereals and fruit. Loved the oatmeal made fresh each day.

My daughter and I stayed while visiting MSU. We felt safe and the rooms were clean and cozy. The front desk was always available and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is a plus and the affordable mini store was nice.

Poor ventilation, musty, no fans in bathrooms, uncomfortable old beds, flimsy bedcovers, broken equipment. Staff was tried to help as much as possible but this property is tired. Misleading for a Hilton.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room as soon as we opened the door! These are not just hotel rooms but truly suites. The living room is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher and even a garbage disposal! We were only staying one night but we would have been comfortable for a week or more!

Staff was great. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I would say, with with the housekeeping on demand the rooms do not get cleaned daily, therefore you notice the shower is showing build up of “gunk” in the corners. Know your saving labor but you better watch out you don’t lose in repairs of the rooms. Still loved the stay.

This was a beautiful property. Very spacious room, great food and very quiet. Close to lotta familiar fast food chains and Costco.

Had a little hiccup checking in. They couldn't find my pre-payment on file. But front desk was helpful and friendly.
The breakfast needs to have more options. Scrambled eggs ran out by 9am that Saturday morning and wasn't refilled.
Overall, the rooms were nice and roomy and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

My stay here was amazing. The young lady at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had everything we needed. She deserves a raise and a promotion.
