I really liked there are elevators to the room where the buggy could fit. Inside the rooms have a fridge, a little kitchenette with two burners, pots, pans, microwave, anything you could need. The area is really nice with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

Very comfortable hotel. The staff was always friendly and quick to respond to my requests. The only drawback is that the TV broadcast is only in French.

it was quite cold in the room despite the heater being on. the other heater by the fridge area was not working.

It is lovely apartment-hotel. We were happy to have small kitchenette area and mini fridge. Bed was very comfortable. OK space wise as we had an extra bed in the room for the child. It was clean overall, however, there was some dust on the skirting board. Needs some maintenance on bathroom silicon. Good location, quiet at night. Had nice Church Bell wake up call in the morning :)

It was a nice hotel, the rooms were clean and well furnished. We stayed for 4 nights. It was well situated for what we needed. We actually walked into the centre of Paris (3mile to the tower). There was an option for breakfast although we never used it. The gent on the desk was helpful and polite and spoke good English. Would stay there again

We had booked a room for 4 and were only 3. Lucky for us, because the 4th bed was some kind of totally unusable folded mattress on the floor.. You can offer that kind of bed for free but certainly not charge for it!!

Its tough to find good, affordable hotel options in Paris, but this is definitely a fantastic option. The staff are very kind and helpful. The room was clean and practical, with just about everything you could need. Its a 5 minute walk to the Marcel Sembat metro station, which will get you to the Eiffel Tower in 15-20 minutes, and the Louvre in about 45 minutes. Parc des Princes stadium is only a 15 minute walk away. The surrounding neighborhood is interesting, but fairly population-dense and busy. Not as quaint as some of the quieter suburbs, but thats not a problem. There are many restaurant options, from cheap fast food to expensive, nice places. There are lots of Japanese restaurants, which is cool. We were able to park around 12pm, even though check-in was not until 3pm. The parking garage was about a block away. Very secure, and though it was a slightly confusing process, the staff made it much easier. The room was comfortable, with good air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a small fridge, and comfortable bed. If I had to say one bad thing about the hotel, it would be that the orange curtains (which do look nice) make the room look very odd in the early morning sun, but this is the most minor of complaints. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, as I doubt you can find many other options this close to the city center.

Close to Paddington train station, grocery store and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean room. The aircondition was good until the temperature went up to the 90s but they are so nice to provide us an electric fan and even one more when we requested. Microwave and fridge are really convenient and the plates, eating utensils and cups. I wish the information in their website was clear about the bed/s, triple room has a queen bed and a pull out chair bed, in their website it says only full bed OR full sofa bed only, it was a big relief for me to have that extra bed. I recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel, is well equipped. Travel with children. Well connected to the center of Paris in public transport. Quiet residential area.

Disappointed with our original room as next to reception and window opened onto pavement which was noisy and felt insecure. The next day I asked for an alternative room and that was much nicer on first floor. Good location.

Great location, the hotel has a lot of character and the staff are absolutely amazing: they have been very friendly and accommodating from the start to end of our stay. Only suggestion would be the quality of breakfast, nothing wrong but could be better. Many thanks, we will definitely be staying here in our next trip to Paris!

The hotel is in a really good spot, close to the Metro 9 (about 5 minute walk from Marcel Sembat station), local shops, restaurants, bars again just a few minutes walk. Staff is really friendly and helpfull. Only negative point I would say is the smell in the elevator, should try to do something to eliminate it.

Great staff and customer service - nothing was too much trouble. The room was compact but light and airy, clean and comfortable. Location was very pleasant, with good access to metro (less than 10 minutes walk) and shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. All in all a great choice for a four night sightseeing trip to Paris.

I think the rooms are small. Overall, we had a nice stay in this hotel.

Easy to find, close to shops and Metro. The room (12) was spacious and clean with very powerful water pressure so a nice strong shower Would recommend
