Staff was very friendly, rooms where huge, loved the outside area with camp fire & pool. Close to I75 so easy to get there, highway a bit noisy but for me it was just nice to have some background sounds. Very satisfyed with my stay for that price range.

Check in when smooth way without any problems. Hotel room was overall well laid out and in good condition. Bed unfortunately was very hard and uncomfortable and lighting over the bed only Only had one of the 3 bulbs working with 1 inapproprible and 1 a bear socket. There was no alarm clock in the bedroom and when we asked about it we were told that they were on order and not available currently. The dining portion of the hotel for breakfast was very clean and well maintained also very well stocked. I cannot tell you anything about the other amenities as we did not use them.

Wonderful staff, hotel is currently under major remodeling with water cut off and power to bathroom not working correctly. Construction noice started at 6:45-7:00 am on our fifth floor.

The hotel is under construction - renovation. The hot water was basically non-existent. Construction debris and work being done ...... Do NOT stay here until probably October 2023 or after.

Our stay was great. This was our 2nd stay within a 2 week period. The hotel staff was friendly. Check-in was a breeze. The hotel room (1-bedroom suite) was very spacious for the 3 of us. The kitchen area is a definite bonus. We were able to stay on a high floor as requested. There were no issues/concerns. We’ll definitely stay here again when we travel to Gainesville.

Great service. Very nice property. Very clean rooms. Fully stocked and comfortable. I love the convenience of the store downstairs. I didn’t get a chance to taste the breakfast because I was so comfortable in the luxurious bed and kitchenette that I didn’t make it down to breakfast in time. Highly recommend this property.

The room was clean, had everything i need (well, except a hair drier). The staff was friendly enough to give me ideas what to do, and the location was perfect. Has everything very close. I will definitely stay again here.

Over all not a bad room, except that we went with out dog and they have rooms for dog visit. Pee stains on floor and desk chair chewed on. Listed as full kitchen, was not, no oven so we could not prepare our Christmas dinner that we brought. We called downstairs, oh well. I called Main Marriot number and they hung up on me. Poor way to handle my complaint. We had to run all over town to find a place to eat. King studios do not have full kitchens as stated. Beware. Toilet seat was not connected on one side. Room overall was nice, but not having a way to cook on a holiday when just about every restaurant was closed was beyond disappointing.

Way too close to the interstate(its literally behind the building). The ac was very loud too. There is alot of shopping nearby and it was about a ten minute drive to Shands.

Very good stay. Staff was nice. Hotel was overall good except carpet worn in hall and elevator. Breakfast had limited fair warm items. Water saver toilet was a joke. Flush 3 times to evacuate and small leak causes it to refill through the day. Too funny Eco friendly?

We like the hotel for convenience to shopping and Shands Medical Center. Hotel has most of the kitchen items we require as we eat meals in.
Only complaint was small roaches (water bugs?) that inhabit the kitchen area. I did not request spraying as we do not like chemicals, especially near food or prep area.
