Horrible slow service in the restaurant, the breakfast was definitely not good at all.

We stayed here for the last night of the Eras tour and even after two days of madness the staff and space were perfection on night three. They thought if every detail and worked so hard to make the stay an experience. Room was excellent, quiet, clean, and comfy! It was a wonderful experience by the team!

We were in Indianapolis for a concert. The area was really hectic due to this. We arrived at the hotel before 4pm and were told that the self parking was already full. The valet people were stressed out and rude both on vehicle drop off and pick up. The room we had was huge. It was mostly clean except an earbud on the ground that was not ours and the body wash in the shower was empty. The beds were very comfortable. We did not hear anyone in any other rooms. I could only hear showers/toilets in other rooms if I was in the bathroom. Only one elevator was working. Making it crazy to get into the rooms when the hotel was so busy. The valet parking was $55.

Great stay, nice hotel and great location to concert. Concerns would be driving around the parking garage for 30 minutes to finally get a spot (one we kind of created along the wall with some other cars). And only 3 elevators. After the concert the lines for the elevators were all the way into the lobby. Tried to use the other ones and only one was working on that side.

Very nice room only issue was the bed isn’t very comfortable and it would be nice if they would be more transparent about holds for money for example they had me insert my card in case of a incident were to happen but they don’t tell you that they do take the money even if nothing happens and you won’t get it back for multiple days after your stay

Quick trip to get off the road and get some sleep. Night person started at me while at the double doors for some time before letting me in to check in. Guess I must look like a vagrant? Room was perfect for what I needed.

Our stay was great! Staff at the front desk and bistro are super nice. Rooms are updated and are nice and clean. Parking garage was quite full because of a sporting event that night in the area (it’s also shared with 2 other Marriott hotels), but we were able to find a spot after a couple loops. Parking lot seemed pretty safe and we had no issues with our fully packed car. Area near the hotel was safe and very walkable. Would stay here again!

We stayed in room 222. And there was a terrible high pitched noise non stop. Also, the side wall was closed leaving property rocks to walk on that had cords of some sort exposed which were a trip hazard.

I booked this hotel because of amenities, pool, microwave and parking. After check in found out there wasn’t any pool or microwave as advertised. Also just to park there cost me $40. I paid a high price to stay for one night. I won’t stay there next time.

The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive for the most part although I didn’t get daily towel service as requested. I had several wardrobe changes throughout the day for my conference so I showered in between. The elevator must be fixed (buttons and availability and Kuwait’s should be in the rooms. That coffee pot is not a viable option for such a nice hotel

Comfort hotel, we just stayed one night but was good for what we needed, unfortunaately the ice machin in our floor didn't work but beside that we enjoyed it.
