Great location to walk to several restaurants and bars. Also across the street from White River State Park

Would be 5 star if the room had matched the cost. $2700 for 4 nights with every other day cleaning and fairly small room was a bit over zealous.

Had a great view of the baseball stadium and concert stage.

Good hotel overall

The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive for the most part although I didn’t get daily towel service as requested. I had several wardrobe changes throughout the day for my conference so I showered in between. The elevator must be fixed (buttons and availability and Kuwait’s should be in the rooms. That coffee pot is not a viable option for such a nice hotel

Only one person checking people in. He was having trouble finding rooms???? So it took awhile to get our room assignment and key.

Comfort hotel, we just stayed one night but was good for what we needed, unfortunaately the ice machin in our floor didn't work but beside that we enjoyed it.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location close to the ballpark, stadium, pavilion, museums and downtown. Everyone we talked to was very nice and helpful. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. When we made the reservation we had asked for a ballpark view if possible and when we arrived in our room it had a nice view of the field! We didn't even get to try the bistro which was very popular and everything looked/smelled good. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was great! It was taller than most we've experienced (a plus for me) and it had good temperature and pressure. There were plenty of towels too. The parking was under the building and extra (we knew that up front) but it was a discount from the public rate. This was an outstanding stay!!

Eco-friendly, there was no body lotion, no microwave. The Receptionist was not informative and not a full-service restaurant for breakfast.
