My husband and I stayed here for one night before our flight back to the UK on Thursday (4th) morning. We thought it would be convenient to stay near the airport although it did end up being a 30 min drive either way due to Delhi traffic.
We found the staff were incredibly rude, unwelcoming and lacked hospitality - sadly, this appeared to be more so from senior staff, who came across as confrontational and abrupt in all interactions.
Furthermore, the room was a good size but sadly the toilet and bedding were unclean. We requested a fan for the bedroom due to the AC being too strong, but staff said the hotel did not have a single one (which we found hard to believe!)
I would only recommend this hotel if the above doesn’t deter you away!

Extraordinarily poor front desk. Amazingly for an airport hotel there is NO shuttle!
No beer but dinner was OK and served by a pleasant waiter

No hot water. This wasn’t really a hotel, more of a banquet convention facility. The staff was very nice but didn’t speak much English. The$4 breakfast was good! I’m sorry but I don’t recommend it.

Nice staff and the room was adequate for our needs. The bathroom often had lots of mosquitos. Would be nice if it was a little easier to access considering the proximity to the airport.

Hotel was closed. No one at gate. Had to return after trying to call them and honk for 20 mins

Not what would be expected from a hotel with 6.5/10. The service was lacking as they forgot to call the shuttle for the airport. The room was not good either as it smelled of mildew and mustiness.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were dirty and stained. Products in the bathroom were used and so were the towels. Avoid.

This place was one of the most disgusting places I’ve stayed and was not a good value at all! Dinner was not good, beer glasses they brought had dead bugs inside the glass. Breakfast was ok at best, it was a risk even trying it but we were very hungry waiting for our driver.

It is not at all advisable to offer this hotel for ladies or for the families, it is at the isolated area.There was only 1 guard and 1 cook in hotel, there is set up of hotel.

Horrible and unsafe place to stay. It is very secluded place and staffis very helpless. The pillow cover in my room had hair on it and the same on bedsheet. I called in to replace and nobody turnedup for about 45 mine. When i asked the number of owner, they didn't give me. Secondly they have only ground floor and entire night you could see staff howling on phone to give directions to callers with utter dissregard to tenants' peace. Room has nothing. Bathroom has two towels that appear pale yellow. I will never come back here and if someone needs my honest view, watch for your securith. Horrible experience. I am shocked how could Expedia recommend this to me.

Located off a busy motorway/dual carriageway we then entered a dark and dismal area and the hotel was surprisingly located in this quiet area...I was traveling at night on my own in a hotel taxi so was a bit afraid. Reached hotel and was given the third degree as usual protocol; about my stay and entry into the country...and the man could not tell the difference between England and Ireland (thought UK was Ireland???). Anyway they were very efficient...went to my room and it was fine but sockets were dodgy and there was emerging damp from the adjoining bathroom into the bedroom. The bathroom could've done with a thorough steam clean. It was fine for a 12 hour overnight stay in readiness for my flight the next day but that it was it. Breakfast very basic so don't expect much. The hotel had clearly been something in its hey day but needs renovation and cleaning

Close to airport but the wedding decor/service items from 5 days prior still had not been cleared away on our arrival. Room wasn’t the worst but definitely not “nice”. Bathroom functioned but not the cleanest...
