Location is good, 3 minutes walk to subway. No safe box is provided. We stayed there for 3 days. Towels were not changed. No handheld shower head is provided, only with rain shower head.

This was a perfect place for my long weekend in Madrid. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was simply furnished, but practical and well equipped.

It was a great location but an extremely small room. It had balconies but one was not allowed to smoke there.

The room was okay, very small but understandable European size but the pillows had stains and the towels were a bit dirty. Our room faced the street and the room was above a bar so we barely slept during our 2 night sleep. If you are coming for enjoying and need sleep this may not be the place.

The only complaint is the my need new towels, they were clean but looked dirty, guess because they are old and over used

Room was very clean and functional. Staff were super lovely and helpful. Allowed baggage to be left as well the next day. However, room is sooooo loud, there was a party until 5am and there is no sound proofing. Can also hear all the other guests in the hallway. Would not recommend if you are a light sleeper!

I loved how cute this place was! Clean and the service was lovely. Also a great location just a few minutes walk from Sol Metro. The only negative was how hard it was to find the property, I walked past the front door several times looking for it.

wifi was not useable - continual and prolonged drop outs. The property was clean and comfortable but had a "no visitors in room policy" - come on guys this is 2023 and we are adults! I had never heard of or stayed in a Hostal before next time i will book a Hotel!

Clean place to stay & safe. Small room so if you have a big luggage it’s hard to get around the room but otherwise was great.

Horrible experience. The staf feel that they do not care about the guest. Only cleaners where friendly. The room was small but we did not expect large space as it's a hostel. Straight away at the entrance you are getting hit by the smell of horrible etheric oils that you use in saunas & damp. At the beginning we thought that they running sauna on a side as well as a separate business. Later we discovered that they used this to cover the smell of damp as they are drying all bedding and towels in a small room that was next to our room. Suprise they do not use dryer. Also the towels was super stinky and dirty that we was scared to use as after drying skin you was stink like a drirty old cloth. The only positive was location. Oh the safe box is weird box with whole and it you wish to use it you have to ask reception for the locker.

Welcoming staff. Great location. Clean room. Street in construction but none in evening. Area a bit noisy late late evenings but didn’t affect our sleep.

It is a hostal in a building that houses other two hostals. Th entire hostal has a very strong air fresher smell that was too much for me and gave me a sore throat. Although the hostal is a non smoking one, it is surrounded by restaurants and bars where people smoke, so the cigarette smoke gets in. The rooms are very tiny, with a good size bed, but it is hard to get our clothes in an out your luggage as there is not much space to place your bags but on the bed. My dad hit his head against the TV while getting situated in the room as the space between the bed and the wall where the TV is mounted is very small. The showers are good size but the sinks are extremely small and the space for the toilet is very tiny, my mom is slightly overweight and the space was too tight for her. The bathroom had a spider web and I took a picture of it. In our bedroom the balcony door did not seal close and over night we had all the noise of the bar just outside as well as all the smoke from the cigarettes. There is a front desk person and we asked for help but the person in charge that night said she could do nothing. We basically could not sleep that night and decided to leave the next day although we had booked 4 nights. Otherwise the location is great, very central, but I would not recommend this hostal unless you are ok with smoke and noise at night.

The location was excellent, close to the train station and Gran Via.

We like the hotel and rooms, but the street so bad, many bars, very crowed, in construction, not clean ... But very centric...it depends, how someone qualifies

This is a very basic hotel with almost nothing provided. The good thing is the location which is near the metro and restaurants all around. Zero sound proofing.

The staff were great! The only con was the Wifi was not working for some of my stay which caused issues with making my travel arrangements.

Bed was extremely narrow and not enough for two ppl. Room is tiny. We have not slept for three days. Location is great but I don’t recommend this place to stay

Very nice small hostal. Clean and beutiful room. Best location. No noise inside room. when you go out you are just middle of the restaurants and bars..

Great location, decent rooms, very good price. I would give this place a 4.5/5. The reason I won’t give it a 5 is because the bedsheets didn’t seem very clean and there were questionable stains. Also there are a lot of bars below the hotel and all along the street that are open very late at night; due to that it was hard to get good sleep. However I knew that this area was going to be loud. If you planning to drink late and party this hotel is perfect

Very cozy

Location excellent. Hotel is very basic. Was a good base for a one night say. Room was on the front and street below very noisy for a Saturday night. Could also hear any people talking in reception or the corridor, not well sound proofed!
