Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Good quality and choice of food at breakfast. Lovely big swimming pool and great spa facilities. Guy in reception really welcoming, kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend and go back. Very satisfied.

Amazing. Staff throughout the hotel were fabulous, so mannerly and polite. Nothing was a problem for them.

Very helpful staff and very friendly. Property is very good. Definitely a great place to stay in Bansko.

Hotel and studio room were good. Evening meal had plenty of choice. Steam, sauna and pool were good . Rooms could have been cleaner but travelled with group of lads so not major concern.

Great location, right near the main road into town - just a short walk. Rooms were clean, but simple exactly as expected. We didn't use many of the facilities, so can't comment on the pool etc - they looked nice enough. If I had a single complaint it was that breakfast food was always cool and not hot.

We were a party of five ladies and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and the apartment was great. Make sure you book a massage appointment. I got a deep tissue massage and absolutely loved it. And the view from our apartment was breathtaking. The hotel also offers free of charge activities, such as Yoga/Pilates and morning hikes and we took advantage of them. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place, as usual. Location is great, out of the village, in the forrest. Big and spacious rooms, we had big balcony overlooking the mountain, there was not many people, the pool was great, clean, the jacuzzi had few rusty nails that could be a lawsuit waiting to happen. Other than that, I will comd back.

This hotel is really pleasant , great spacious new rooms, very good breakfast and great pool and spa. The only thing is that it is a bit far from the center (15 min walk) or few minutes by taxi/shuttle.

Very spacious. modern clean room, but sparsely furnished. Some comfortable chairs or a sofa to sit on would have been good - There's plenty of room for them! The bed was large, but very hard. It's in a very quiet location at the south end of town. The road access is unfinished, so quite rough. Breakfast was excellent - Couldn't fault it.

Service was very very good - restaurant, front desk, pool and cleaning crew were extremely polite, helpful and attentive.

Lovely hotel, great amenities, reception and cleaning staff great an courteous, bar and restaurant staff grumpy, unsmiling and sometimes a hassle to give service (perhaps under staffed)! Lived with it and an enjoyable stay.

Great spa, great views and location is good for gondola

Spa was lovely, the gym had a punching bag and a tatami which makes it even better. The room was alright but the card system they use is quite noisy. Breakfast was marvelous, everything you might need - you will be impressed with the honey. Check in took a bit longer but apart from that, excellent value for money, we had a lovely time.

The hotel is very nice, it has a modern lobby area and two bars although due to us visiting during the summer months, these were not well used - possible different in the winter?! the spa facilities are good, it has a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Most importantly the room was well furnished, modern, clean, spacious and comfy, although the kitchen is not well equipped, if you want to cater for yourself! The downside is the location, although I realise that the competitive prices reflect this. The hotel is a good 15 min walk to the gondola station and then a further 15 mins to the end of Pirin Street. The walk home is uphill, the roads are not well paved and in parts, it is not well lit and torch is necessary. On the upside the hotel is well located for walks as it is at the foot of the mountain! We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food although it seemed reasonably priced. All staff that we came into contact with were pleasant and polite. Overall we enjoyed our stay, although if I were to return to Bansko I would investigate hotels closer to the gondola station, but I wouldn't rule St George out.
