Lady at the front desk was super helpful when I called abut check-in and was great when we arrived. Room was clean.

Our room was okay. The hallway rug on our floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Bad first impression before we even got in the room.

Overall our stay was great. The place was clean and our room was very beyond spacious and beautiful. The staff was very friendly! The people in the room next to us were very loud and kept us awake for several hours.

Meshell was so great and checked us in efficiently. The rooms were big and comfortable and I loved that sulfate free shampoo and conditioner was included in the showers.

A lovely stay. Easy access to SU. Bathroom tub fixtures need attention, our faucet was actually falling off the wall, but clean and in the end did work.

The property as a whole looked great! You can tell the property was recently renovated and the festive fall decor was a nice touch!
The room itself did not seem renovated recently, as there were floorboards were missing, small holes in the wall (bathroom), scuffs in the paint, toilet was off balance/not secure to the floor. The fridge was not cold enough to keep food preserved / keep a water bottle cold. The room setup and size however was perfect and we love that the property is pet friendly :)

Our room wasn't ready and we checked in well after 3pm. The room was very dusty. We could see what looked like pet hair on the carpet (we are pet lovers but it didn't look like a vacuum had been run). One bed's sheets were on inside out.

The room was humid despite running the air conditioner. The bathtub was missing grout and had mold in it. The housekeeping was sloppy. The coffee in the lobby was cold. Would not stay here again.

The room did not clean on the first night there was no cleaning the second night when we back to the hotel at 5 pm either but they made it up after we told them, still the bathroom had more than 15 hairs and the mirror was dirty! Won’t come back again.

When I searched Expedia I put in search, close to the airport. This hotel was all the way across town. I requested a transport van from the closest Hampton Inn. When I arrived at the hotel they explained that I had no reservation, the reservation was at the Hampton Inn across town. I called that Hampton Inn to cancel as I was staying at the Hampton Inn near the airport. They refused. Saying I had to deal with Expedia. I’ve been unable to get a response from Expedia. I was charged for a room I never used. Never again will I use Expedia !

Our room had a toilet which did not work. Fortunately we found out before we unpacked and we immediately were assigned a new room. Somehow the transfer to the new room meant that the wifi was not available and we had to take two trips to the front desk to have that resolved. The staff was friendly and helpful but since we arrived late at the hotel, all this was a little frustrating. The breakfast omelet contained meat, not suitable for us vegetarians but the very kind breakfast attendant went out of her way and made a special omelet for my wife. The hotel is a little bit located in no-mans land and since we were looking for food after 10pm, no restaurants were open. We ended up finding some food at a local supermarket.

Sink was loose in counter. Shower curtain was too long and it got tangled under my feet. They couldnt print receipt. The front desk people were out smoking and not at desk

The room was updated and well-maintained. Very comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Very good breakfast and the breakfast area was super cute and bright. We would stay here again. Good value.

Stopped by day before to inquire about early checkin. Gave me hotel card and asked that we call first. They never answered the phones. No coffee made as so few guests booked. Hotel was clean. A bit slow on room cleaning. Wall dispensers in shower for soap and shampoo empty. Towel rack fell on floor I fixed it. Everything worked out not much near hotel so would stay elsewhere or be bired
