Location is good, breakfast is so so.

When I checked out, the front desk lady refused to give me a detail print out when requested. Her response was since I was booked hotel through booking.com, I should ask booking.com for it. I felt this was very unprofessional since other three hotels (all booked through booking.com) for my trip gave me a print out when asking without any problem. To be fair, I had good experience with another front desk lady when checked in. She answered all my questions very patiently and I wished she was there when I checked out.

Location was ideal for what we were doing. Pool was nice to use, but I wondered about whether the filter was running because of some things floating in the water. Room was spacious and bed and pillows comfortable. Water pressure in shower a bit less than desired. Carpet had an obvious coffee stain. Staff recommendations for nearby places to eat were appreciated. Front desk staff was always friendly.

To use the pool you need to sign a waiver and have someone else there on the pool deck, as a solo traveler I was not able to use it at all which was disappointing.

it was right off the Main Street and within 15 minutes of destiny mall.

Approaching the Hampton driveway, we hit a pot hole that caused a flat tire. Even though there was a snow storm, AAA was there in 3 minutes to put on the donut tire. India who was working at the desk could not have been more helpful and sympathetic. Saturday morning my husband was able to purchase a new tire with her information as to the closest vendor and we were able to keep our plans with our Granddaughter at the university the reason for our stay. Sunday breakfast was exceptional and staff beyond helpful. The entire hotel was so very quiet and clean.

Nothing pertaining to the facility and staff. One guest Monday morning had a small dog which she brought into the breakfast food area instead of securing it away from the food.

I didn’t like the breakfast wasn’t many choices for kids or myself I didn’t really like the way the pool was or the rules the rooms could offer a little more privacy when one has kids with them especially older ones
