Very hot in the room. Arrived late and it was 24. Aircon very bad.

This was a really nice hotel, it was close to the airport and it is a walkable distance to the train station. The cups and kettle were really dusty.

The Hotel is acceptable, however for a Crown Plaza on the low end for the price / expectations. Very poor air-conditioned, no fresh air in the entire building. To hot all the time, temperature regulation doesnt work and the fan of the ac is very loud.

I can't praise you enough for being able to feel the standard of this country from the surrounding environment of the supermarket and the residents. The white male waiter at the hotel was very nice. I don't want to say anything about the other staff.

Excellent hotel for a one-night layover in Copenhagen - comfortable beds but restaurant only has limited selection and is overpriced for quantity of food.

Overall, the hotel is living up to its 4 star standard. However, our sink was running very slowly and I told the front desk to fix it. However, it was not improved. Executive lounge was not well maintained, unfortunately. Coffee machine was not cleaned in time so that we could not get the coffee when we need it.

Great hotel with high quality rooms and service. Convenient location and easy parking.

Wonderful property. Parking at hotel was easy and reasonable. Lovely views,on the 21st floor. Didn't opt. For breakfast. Complimentary coffee. However, the bathroom could use a stand up shower. The bath tub is more for bath. Trying to shower in the tub was challenging. But everything was awesome.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast options

The hotel was amazing! The staff were great and very helpful. The only thing we can complain about is the restaurant - the hours online do not match what they actually do, so we weren't able to eat one night thinking the restaurant would still be open based on the website. We were also told the same night that room service was on a break until 11:00P and then we could order then, but when we called, we were told that they were out of everything and we couldn't order even small snacks. It seems very unfortunate that room service would be out of every single food item on one given night - it felt more like they just didn't want to fix us anything at that time of night.

Rooms are good and modern, shopping center and metro right in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is seriously lacking in quality and selections in some areas. Fitness Center arrangement is also bad....not opening before 8 AM on any day is not an option for someone wanting to exercise before breakfast.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of public transportation, which was very convenient.

It was amazing experience. Staff were also nice just my room didn’t clean on time, we have to remind them to change towels. Overall good experience.

The check-in was amazing. The front desk was great. Got ourselves a sandwich and went to sleep. The sandwiches all the flavorful should have come with some sort of software spread. They were pretty dry. They went over their way to accommodate us with chargers to support Euro to US. We laid over in this hotel instead of sitting in the airport for 15 hours. Taxi ride was only 5 or 10 minutes each way. Although the Middle Eastern drivers didn't know the definition of speed stick. One of those Middle Eastern and European things. In the civilized world especially in hospitality. You should be wearing deodorant. Nice bucket was dirty in our room but room service made it right by bringing us some ice. The room only had 1 usb which is across the room. Most places have them on both sides of the bed. But luckily again, they loaned us adapters to charge with. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Fresh baked breads. Real butter. Charcuterie. Nice breakfast selection of hot foods and cold foods including fruits and yogurts. Cars variety of tea coffee espresso etc. 4.5 out of 5 stars Just for missing the little things like USB adapters. And why doesn't the desk chair have wheels? You can't easily move it around to work at the "desk area".

The entrance is grand with a beautiful atrium high ceilings. Really lights your spirits. The staff were friendly rooms were spacious. Breakfast was delightful.

Very dirty disgusting rooms. The toilets are stained, carpets are stained and large hairballs everywhere. Showers are also disgusting. Thankfully we were here a very short time before a flight. Do not recommend.

Value for money and convenient to Bella Centre

We booked a suite and it was great with the lounge access. We would have however preferred a higher floor.

Not a bad hotel, just not great. Rooms are a bit tired, breakfast is very average, service was OK, but not excellent. I was signed up to an IHI account during check-in without my consent. On the 14th floor we could hear very loud music from an event in the hotel on Saturday night. We stayed at another hotel in CPH for 2 nights before and it was a much better experience. It is however well located for the airport and lose to a Metro stop.

Rooms were far too hot (24.7) no air conditioning, staff provided several different reasons but did not resolve issue. Even a change of room resulted in the same issues, and with no opening windows, stuck in a very hot room with no sleep. Only plus is location is good if attending a concert!
