Room was small as advertised. Not that clean for the room but bed was clean. Toilet was really small. Streets are very noisy at night. This was the 1st night. 2nd night we were transferred to another room with no ac. I don’t get it why when we paid for the same rate with a room with ac and a room w/o one. The hotel was under manned. The front desk "brian" was very helpful but he can only do so much. I give him 5 stars. Do not stay in this hotel.

Cheap accommodation in a good location. Bare necessities but does the job as a central base.

It was cheap and clean. Toilet was kind of small like an aeroplane, has the shower and toilet all in one. It worked for a short stay and it was nice to have a "Homebase". Staff stored our bag for us even after checkout which is super helpful.

- upon arrival to room bed looked like it had been laid in. As I arrived at 1:00am the next day after a delayed flight I just wanted to go to bed.

Small but adequate rooms, only one lift working so a bit of a wait for it to return to G, staff sufficient but not exactly friendly.

This was perfect for my stopover. The price was good and the unit on 14th floor was excellently clean, the bed superior, top quality linen and pillows. The bathroom had been refitted with spotless facilities, great hot water flow and plush towels. I think that it is priced budget because of the as age of the building and smaller room. i will be rebooking when making an AKL stopover. The staff were excellent.

It is near to the Intercity Bus terminal and also Sky drive so meets my needs.

It is a budget hotel but the room is quite small for 2 people. However staff were brilliant and it was clean.

was good enough for accommodation after a concert at spark but wouldn’t stay longer then 1 night. the quality was as expected and not bad but not great.

It was my fault that I didn't look into it enough before my booking. The room and the toilet were the smallest i've ever had, the heater wasn't really warm enough even though I kept it on overnight. Too much noise around the hotel😭 but the location was good enough

Location to Queen Street is awesome... although the room was small, it was clean and quiet. Microwave, cooktop, tea & coffee was supplied.
The price was right for an overnight stay.

It is central city so very handy if not staying long at the motel but the bathroom had a lot of dust in the fan and just around the bathroom in general, there was also only 1 elevator which was annoying and the heaters in the lobby smelt so strongly of gas.

Good value for a budget hotel. Staff were helpful, bed mattress was comfortable but a bit old and stained. The second lift was broken for my whole stay there.

It was a clean and tidy place. Hadn’t realised how compact the rooms were, but it was suffice for what it was needed for which was a clean room and bed for sleeping. Would stay again value for money.

Simple but very clean. Quality bedding & towels. Excellent shower.
Some bedside lamps would be nice - less harsh than the central light and means guests wouldn't have to get out of bed to turn off/on .

The room is nice and complete with everything you need, good facilities, top-notch customer service, great comfort, also good on cleanliness. You’ll get every good thing you’ve paid for and what else could you ask for. Was a very good stay overall 👍

Very small compact room. A microwave and fridge provided. No cutlery or plates provided. Had to ask for a hairdryer. But no problem. Breakfast offsite. Good for a short stay.

It's in a good location, and it has a bed altho very noisy outside so hard to sleep but its priced accordingly

You get what you pay for - the location was very central and surrounded by many dining options.
However upon arrival we found the sliding door would not lock - we were moved into another room and once again this sliding door would not lock - we used a bit of kiwi ingenuity involving a coat hanger and coin to help the situation.
