Front desk and morning breakfast hospitality was great. Room smell odor was a little funky, had to spray everything. Water and air was barely warm.

Loved the bed. Quiet and comfortable. However the coffee is awful! Blah. Left and went to a Starbucks Disappointed in menu items. Only apples for fruit. Typical. If only you had good coffee.

Water to the shower did not work and didn’t try it until the morning so wasn’t able to shower before getting on the road. Reported it to the hotel and hotels.com and have not been able to get a refund.

When I arrived at the hotel (10:30 pm, after fleeing Florida due to a Hurricane), the front desk told me that my reservation had been canceled without notice. I had to find another available hotel in the middle of the night because they were sold out.

Check-in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was near plenty of shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly.

I traveled with young children and this place was so conveniently located near shopping centers and many different restaurants. We had a great stay and staff members were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be staying there in our next visit to the area.

We had our family of 5 going on a trip. Got the suite with 2 queens and sofa sleeper. Had to ask for linens and blanket for sofa. And sofa bed was a very thin mattress, could feel the wire underneath. When asked for pillows for sofa bed they stated had none. Plus good to know...they charge $100 deposit that will be supposedly be returned in 5-10 days. Will not go back.

There were a number of issues: one of the door cards wasn't working, the room phone wasn't working, there were dirty napkins in one of the closet drawers, the couch bed had no bedding provided, and no shampoo provided in the shower. Most importantly, there was no breakfast to speak of, even though we paid for it. There was one only one working waffle machine, but nothing else, not even hot water for tea.

I booked a reservation and my card was charged for the booking. When I got to the hotel to check in they denied my service. According to the staff there were no rooms available, but somehow were still able to take my money.

Booked two queens and a pull out sofa, got a king and sofa. Manager called and apologized and made sure it would be ok. Not the end of the world. Just asked to make sure the pull out had bedding. Checked in, had to ask for bedding again, and had no pillows. Suggested I take some off the bed.

The property cancelled my reservation without my knowledge and without informing Expedia. This is the first hotel that has ever done this. And then the staff kept saying it was Expedia. Expedia never showed a cancellation. I asked how could they remedy the situation and they said they couldn’t. Which caused me to have find a last minute hotel in 100° weather. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

We had a terrible experience with this property and unprofessional staff. The building went through some cheap upgrades, but the staff didn’t improve. The night staff is greatly undertrained to handle the customer experience, deescalation of conflict, and professional etiquette.
We also had a horrible experience involving smoking billowing through the adjacent door, but we were told that’s not their problem. After protesting, we were eventually given another room despite being told the hotel was fully booked on a Monday night in a remote town without any apologies or ownership for our many problems with their property (there were more).
