Check in was very slow and then one key didn’t work. The hall carpets are stained and the room desk scuffed up.

Good location. 10 minutes walk (inside the building) from airport, and right next to train station. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants.

Ok hotel very close to terminal 1. Breakfast ok but no glutenfree option to go with coffe. Hard bed, but pillows are ok.

The check in was easy, but when we got to the room, we noticed that is extremely cold. I tried to warm it up by changing the temperature on the thermostat, but it didn’t seem to work. I called downstairs and they said they will fix it from there. 30 minutes later the room is still extremely cold and I called again and they said we will take care of it. Long story short, five hours later were still Shaking from being so cold and we just decided to just sleep with our clothes on. Also, I asked them to give us a wake up call at 6:30 am because our flight was leaving at 10 and since it was international flight, we had to be at the gate by 8 o’clock. They simply ignored my request. Luckily, I happen to wake up by 6:40 myself. How I just relied on them, it would’ve lost our international flight which would’ve cost us thousands of dollars To purchase it again. Then we got ready went to get cup of coffee and leave, and the lady in the breakfast area was extremely rude to us and almost shouted at us that breakfast is not included. I said we’re not even eating. We’re just sitting here to get a cup of coffee. Overall they do not care because you’re stranded in the airport and that’s basically one of the two hotels that are available in the Frankfurt Airport so people have no choice to use it. So I’m Sure they do not care about peoples reviews because they know they will have enough customers

Great stay. Easy access to airport, train station, and subway. Woudl recommend it if you have a long lay over in Frankfurt.

Great convenient hotel if flight is ever delayed overnight. Lots of food options and easy to get back to terminal (10 mins walk inside) to take flight next day. Definitely recommended, but wished hotel has direction online showing how to walk from terminal to lodging.

The hotel is at the quiet end of the mall which I appreciated. Reception was nice and the room was very clean. You CAN walk to the hotel from the airport but it's a 3km walk so make sure you are in shape to haul luggage that far. Also the lip for the combo shower/tub is HIGH (mid-thigh) so be careful when climbing in and out. They also have disabled the mini-bars so make other plans if you need to keep medicine or food cold. Nice hotel overall and good location if you're passing through the airport and need to make a morning flight out.

The staff at the reception were very unfriendly. Their English pronunciation was hard to understand, and it felt like they were ignoring me when they realized I couldn’t understand. However, the space was clean and I was satisfied with that.

Bathroom and linens were very clean. The rug needs a shampoo and the tv remote needs to be cleaned. The location is very convenient for an early morning flight.

Handy for the bahn or the airport. Always can feel the stress melting away with the closeness of transportation. Near good restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. Great to stay dry when on the move.

We always stay at the HGI when we fly out of Frankfurt. It is very convenient located to the Lufthansa Terminal 1 and 2. The HGI is extremely quiet and you do not hear the planes land/take off even though you see them. I had a room with a big bathtub so I was able to enjoy a nice long bath the night before my departure flight.
