Room was big

Very clean, friendly staff, parking is not great.

Clean, friendly check in. Thought we had the Family Suite with multiple rooms and a kitchenette but ended up with a regular room with an added bunkbed. Booking says “Family room” and website still shows “Family Suite” as an option and no other rooms called family - not sure what happened there. Sister ordered another way and didn’t get a suite either. The beds were SO HARD! Even my sister who likes firm beds said it was “hard as a rock”. Husband ended up on the bottom bunk after the first night because it was slightly better - but he wonders if sleeping in the car would have been better. My sister in law had a mattress topper on one of her beds. Jealous! Three nights on those beds was tough. I heard there is a new owner, so hoping they will be fixed!! I would not stay again unless I knew they were. I did like the ambiance created in the hotel - candle/sconce lights, nice pictures, and look of old fashioned rugs. Also good location. The kids loved the pool! Also has multiple signs saying there is a restaurant, but there isn’t.

Disappointed. Advertised restaurant. There was none.

Very nice facilities. Would be enhanced if food source was available either on site or near by., Nauvoo is severely limited on restaurants. Nauvoo Hotel is nice but fully over booked and reservations are hard to get. Red Front okay but very limited fare and seating challenges.

The place is old and cute. The pool was fun. The staff were so helpful when we needed to make a room change to be closer to our teen's room. Also, after we were in another state, my daughter realized she left a sentimental piece of jewelry in her room. They were great to look and find it, and sent it home with friends who stayed in the same hotel days after us. So grateful for their wonderful hospitality!

The staff obviously care about keeping this no-frills hotels clean and in good repair, highly recommended.

Though the staff people were very polite, the hotel itself is really in need of updating. There are no USB ports for charging electronic devices in the rooms. There is no place to eat on the premises, and though the room had a microwave and refrigerator, there is no grocery store in Nauvoo (had to shop at Dollar General for food). Very limited restaurants in the town of Nauvoo. We had to drive 15 miles to Hamilton for breakfast. I really can't recommend this hotel.

The people at the front desk could have been a bit more helpful, room worked out well, nozzle for the shower needs highly upgraded!! Expedia price was extremely accommodating!! Thanks

Nice place to stay

So much easier to stay in Nauvoo. Easy walk to anything you need or want to see. The area is quiet. The hotel is a little older but it’s kept up well. Very clean and taken care of. The pool was great and clean. Staff are all nice and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Clean and well maintained but a little outdated. Were hoping for a restaurant but that's not around anymore. Very roomy with a beautiful pool that is very well maintained.

Wonderful service. Clean, safe and comfortable.

Room was dark, needed more lighting. Tiled floors were cold, needed a rug between the beds. Shower head needed to be replaced, just delivered one blast of water. Staff were friendly, off season rates were excellent. Room was large, would be good for a family.

The hotel was clean and nice Old but we managed and clean We where there in the off season so the restaurant was not open which made it difficult to find places to eat

We booked 5 rooms for our Traveling Techs. They loved the place!

Nice place to stay. Big room but had nothing in it. I on site dining. Small tv. No dresser or other furniture other than a small table and 2 chairs and couch. Limited closet space.

Very cute little Inn and the pool was well maintained.

Great, large room. Pool was clean, big, and open longer than most hotel pools. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Despite some frigid weather, the service at The Inn at Old Nauvoo was warm and friendly! Took a bit to get the temperature in the room just right, but considering the weather, it was not that unexpected. Overall, very nice overnight stay.

The old time charm

Really nice hotel. Simple, but clean and good. The pool is huge and very clean. We will definitely stay again.
