The only thing was the size of the bathroom

This was a modest motel, however it was extremely well kept and clean.

The motel is situated in almost the perfect position in town, with any type of restaurant you could wish for within minutes walk. It's an older style motel, however it is looked after extremely well by the very friendly and welcoming staff, who cannot do enough to help make your stay comfortable. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and for an older motel there are none of the wear marks you might find in most motels. The bathrooms are on the small side, however how long do you really spend in the bathroom... The friendly owner is always on hand to offer advice on places to eat or see, and also keep any noise issues under control. Overall an excellent place to stay for a reasonable price, that is one of the cleanest motels I've stayed in. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this property was amazing...right from when we arrived. The man on the desk, (not sure now of his name) was extremely helpful and cheery. The room I have to say, was exceptionally clean and cosy. He checked in to say if we needed anything else, he was happy to oblige. Parking was off street and secure. Fresh jug of milk was a nice touch, instead of small capsules, very comfy bed and everything totally spic and span. Took time to come and say goodbye, offer to carry bags and just great old fashioned service. Will definitely stay here again-a little home away from home

Budget motel with everything you could need. Air conditioner or heater. Microwave, toaster, cutlery. Close y to restaurants. Bathroom a little on the small side but real shower without those water savers. Bed comfortable. All in all A comfortable stay. Host very welcoming and obliging, I will definitely return.
